While some people are very happy to see this vlog, its unique as no body did the Dornier vlog before.
Few people found this video to be a propaganda, as I have used ‘Aatmanirbhar Bharat’ .
My channel doesn’t do Paid promotion for party’s. You have a lot of TV channels for that. Today North east have got so many airport and increased railway network. You can fly at a fare of 800 (Bus fare), so definitely I have to praise the Govt for such development and growth.
At the same time, I have criticised them for Vande bharat inauguration functions and no proper service in normal trains. (North east series ep1, do check)
Hence my channel is not link to any propaganda, I pay for my tickets and share a review.
Try to understand where my point, Aatmanirbhar Bharat is not any tagline of any party, it is a remarkable thing for us, as we are self dependent today.

Brother. There arent many neutral individual in India. These people never think for the country first. They either are extreme right or extreme left. They are super bias. They either belong to the group who criticise the govt irrespective of how good an initiative is or to a grohp who praise everybits of what govt does. Not everything the ruling does is bad and not everything is good. The people who continuously type Andh bhakt or Pappu to win an argument are dangerous individuals who have been granted the most powerful weapon of 'SOCIAL MEDIA'- a weapon of mass destruction.

It is just made in India under licence, originally made by Germany’s Dornier GmbH. Before Alliance, Vayudoot, which was a subsidiary of Indian Airlines, started a Dornier service in Ziro in 1986. I was there during the inauguration as a boy. Jagdish Tytler inaugurated it. He was the civil aviation minister of India then. There was a great show.

I recollect my life's first flight from Mumbai to Pune. It was in 1990 when I paid Rs 330/-. Every passenger had a wndow seat. The plane felt like a mid sized Bus. Pilots were seated just infront of us. There was no seperate cabin for them, we could see what they were doing. The plane was flying at a height of 500 - 600 feet from ground. We could make out all the landmarks enroute. We reached Pune in about 40 minutes and a cup of complimentry cup of tea. It was a great fun.

Bro, you are the first vlogger to post a full fledge Do-228 Vlog. Thanks to you, we got to see the beautiful flight. Right now, alliance air has one Do-228 in operation. However, another aircraft is on order. The aircraft VT-KNP has an analogue cockpit same as its military version. However, the other one will be delivered with a complete glass cockpit with digital cockpit instruments and may require type -D simulator-rated pilots. Do-228 is built under licence from a German company name. "RUAG", which is under Dornier company. The aircraft that you will see in future are going to hold most probably VT-KNR registration.

@@anupammitra4791 See, what HAL was making is four 4-blade propellors, while
the newest version has a 5-blade propellor on each engine. As per the Licence manufacturing, HAL is now also making five 5-blade glass cockpit Dornier Do-228-200 NG models in India, one of which will be delivered to Alliance Air soon.

it is a matter of pride that HAL manufacturers Dornier 228 and is connecting all small cities.
Being an ex IAF technical staff and worked 8 long years in same Dornier, I could relate the flying test.

In the 1980's I have flown the Dornier aircraft that was used by the tertiary airline Vayudoot - subsidiary of Indian Airlines. The service was Agati-kochi-madurai- thanjavur- Chennai. I flew the Madurai-thanjavur-chennai sector
I also have fond memories of vayudoot. As a kid in the 80's have flown many times in Dimapur Guwahati sector. Those days there were no direct flight from Dimapur to Calcutta and other metros. We had to change flight from Guwahati. Many thanks for sharing your experience, it ignited my old memories.
Vayudoot operated the Avro, not Dornier.
@@Gansanspic I have travelled in the 18 seater dornier of vayudoot. Avro is a 48 seater that was operated both by Indian airlines and vayudoot. I have travelled in that also
@@GansanspicVayudoot was operating with F27 Fokker Friendship, HS748 Avro, and Dornier DO228-200 Aircraft. In fact more than 70% of their fleet consisted of DO 228 A/C. So please do not make stupid comments if you are not aware.ln fact, l hold AME B1 licence for both Avro and Dornier Aircraft and had started my career in Vayudoot in 1984.

This Aircraft has been licence manufactured from the German Company at HAL Kanpur since 1985, long before Modi even entered politics. Dont fall for these stupid BJP propaganda. Also Vayudoot Airlines (Govt Airlines) which has closed down in 1999 was operating all these routes in North East from 40 years back 1984 to 1999.
So there is nothing new. In fact it was the BJP govt in 1999 who closed down Vayudoot.

Bro, I am the first person to report that on 17th Jan. 2024, flight # 917 take off from Dibrugarh, as soon this plane take off the flight was a roller coastar altitude from 2000, 1500, 3000, 1000, 4000 , 6000 and finally landed back to the Dibrugarh airport. Wow what a proud moment for you indians 😂😂😂😂😂. Love from Pakistan 🇵🇰

HAL had earlier manufactured & supplied Avro HS748 to the Indian Airlines and this Dornier origin HAL made aircraft is not the first Indian made aircraft flying passengers.
On 1 November 1961, the first Indian-assembled HAL-748 made its initial flight. By the end of production, HAL had completed 89 Indian-built aircraft, 72 of which were for the Indian Air Force and 17 were delivered to national flag carrier Indian Airlines.

Yes. It went under the name Avro. The technical name was HS-748. I have flown in that craft as a child from Madras to Bangalore. The jet planes used by Indian airlines then was called Caraval. This was before the era of Boeing and Airbus

In 2009, RUAG started building a Dornier 228 New Generation in Germany. The fuselage, wings and tail unit are manufactured by Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in Kanpur, India, and transported to Oberpfaffenhofen, where RUAG Aviation carries out aircraft final assembly. The Dornier 228NG use same airframe with improved technologies and performances, such as a new five-blade propeller, glass cockpit and longer range.[3] The first delivery was made in September 2010 to a Japanese operator.[4] In 2020, RUAG sold the Dornier 228 program to General Atom

I flew in Dornier, it was a 19 seater aircraft & I flew from Rajahmundry to Hyderabad under Vayudoots name in the year 1986, i think I paid approximately rs 600 for it, I enjoyed the flight duration was one hour

Vayudoot started Dornier-228 flights from Ziro to Pasighat via Lilabari (North Lakhimpur) way back in 1986. My father was posted in Old Ziro at the IOC fuelling station there and I studied in Hija Secondary School then. The Dornier is originally made in Germany and HAL makes it under licence. I flew many times from Ziro to Lilabari and back on Vayudoot’s Dornier from 1986 to 1987. Nothing new.
