I had different cases with the noob takeoff I took a copilot seat in a ptfs noob plane. Instead of an immediate bank, they would LITERALLY TAILSTRIKE DA PLANE AND GO TO 5K FEET IN LIKE 1 MINUTE. I was just the pro rating the noob not me being the noob
