What's wrong with first person landing ? Nearly everyone play just for butter ? If you play it on first person you just make it more realistic and enjoyable than who just landing on gear view and overuse butter all the time . Butter in gear view is completely trivial , if you can make it on cockpit view , that's a great achievement .
