Ingrediente:
✅️ 400 gr fasole
✅️ 2 cepe roșii
✅️ 10 căței de usturoi
✅️ 2 foi de dafin
✅️ 4 linguri pastă de tomate
✅️ sare
✅️ piper
✅️ pătrunjel uscat
Ingredients:
✅️ 400 gr of beans
✅️ 2 red onions
✅️ 10 cloves of garlic
✅️ 2 bay leaves
✅️ 4 tablespoons of tomato paste
✅️ salt
✅️ pepper
✅️ dry parsley

Buna seara . da ader in totalitate .AM sa adaug un comentariu mai mare ca sa intelaga si strainii astia ce insemana mancare traditionala romaneasca . : Iahnie de fasole este o mâncare tradițională românească, făcută din fasole boabe (uscata) cu ceapa și sos tomat. Este un fel de mâncare de post, ieftin și accesibil. Iahnia de fasole poate fi gătită în multe variante, dar de obicei se prepară cu un sos din multe zarzavaturi și suc de roșii. Multe persoane se feresc de fasolea boabe din cauza balonării pe care aceasta o creează, dar aceste efecte secundare pot fi diminuate prin gătirea corectă a boabelor de fasole, prin reducerea „prăjelilor” și a cantității de grăsime. Iahnia de fasole poate fi consumată ca fel solitar, vegetarian sau de post, dar și insotită de carnati, de chiftele sau de bucati de carne prajita. Pentru varianta rapida de iahnie de fasole se pot folosi boabe gata fierte din conserva. Aceste conserve contin doar fasole, apa si sare - nu au conservanti chimici. Conservarea se realizeaza prin fierbere (procesare termica). Din cantitatile de mai jos rezulta cca. 4-6 portii buna de iahnie de fasole cu sos de rosii si legume.
