Thank goodness for this video. Just bought a 16 is350. Most annoying thing is the water that comes in the windows when you barley open the window when it’s raining,or after it rained.

Yeah they are expensive for sure. And yeah! It’s the part number that I link in the description above! When I asked the dealership they told me they couldn’t order it cause it’s discontinued but doesn’t hurt to ask your local Lexus. But you could also find some on eBay as well.
Hey, I always wondered, what is the true purpose of windows visor, besides being able to open the windows slightly thru rainy weather and etc? Or is that the only purpose?
Yeah that’s right, it’s really to open the windows slightly opened when it’s raining. I also heard other buy it to reduce noise when driving but for me it didn’t really change. I did open my windows slightly tho when it was raining and saw the purpose of it haha
Originally meant for opening the windows while it is raining to let cigar or cigarette smoke out in Japan. Causes you to be able to air out the cabin on rainy days still!
big plus also. you can leave them slightly open when it is very hot. People won't notice and the heat can get out of the car so it won't be so hot when you enter it after a day work for example

When you put on the front strut tower brace, did you have to permanently remove the two tower caps to insert the strut bar into? Or does yours fit over both two sides of the two black strut tower caps. Did you put them back on afterwards, or do they have to be left off? Thanks bro. Peace ✌.
Much love 👌🏿 Oof you gotta slap them on ASAP! And when I install my TOMs yeah I had to remove the black slides from both and just kept them out. Tbh the brace was really tight and I know that’s what it’s meant for but yeah I would remove those black slides and slowly work with one angle and the other side. It’ll fit for sure but it’s annoying af 😂

What kind of wrap did you use for the grill chrome trim
My front grill trim is painted gloss black, but you can do 3m or Avery gloss black wrap.

Any issue with the clips? I just a 21 is 350 and got the OEM visors , does it just clip into the moldings and is there a specific spot they go in?
Yeah the clips are very thin so it many just slides into the molding. Just make sure the area is clean for the double sided 3M to stick well

great info but 470.00 plus tax and shipping is Crazy they don't look that nice, no offense just saying the price of plastic doesn't justify that price that's why it's hard to find cause most people go another route and Lexus is not selling a lot of them.

Got it from metrorestyling.com just search for the window trim chrome delete. Mine is the 3M one

I would never do this in the rain.. Water really degrades the tape contact

my guy, you must make great money to want to pay 500.00 for plastic strips, do you have a 1500.00 sound system in your car and all the latest upgrades plus maintenance? ill work with you.
