I also always pack a garbage bag in my carry on for the plane. It’s help us and so many others. Weird I know. But our daughter, 16 year old, told us she was about to be sick. I rushed and got out the garbage bag and it saved the day as we had to remove her shirt and throw it away also due to smell and it being a long flight I didn’t want to effect anyone else. This 1 garbage bag has helped us so many times.

We are sailing on WOTS in May, thanks for another awesome packing video! Our last 2 cruises were in Dec flying in from Canada to Orlando so it was cold here when we left, -7 deg celcius. But we don't bring a big winter coat, instead we do hoodies & pants. Then we have a hoodie for any evenings it may cool off during our cruise & to put on when we get back to our home airport. I don't like wearing bulky things on a plane & def don't want to take up space in our suitcase for the sake of 1 or 2 days.
What I’d like to see is how you pack all that in a carryon! And how much does it weigh? For some of us who travel light, we don’t have to just worry about the size of our bag but also it’s weight. Most airlines leaving Australia have carryon baggage limit of only 7 kgs. Yes,it’s brutal! PS/ please show us how you pack everything in a carryon.

Great tips! We just returned on the Carnival Panorama for 7 days. Definitely had some rain and colder weather! I always carry a light shell or rain jacket. I packed a carry-on only, but my wife still used her large standard suitcase. After the cruise she admitted that she had overpacked!
We are leaving in the morning to drive from Naples to Miami. Doing the southern Caribbean on the explorer. I will just be glad to be on the ship and have all the getting there and getting on over with. I can tell you I do not have a carry-on I have a huge suitcase but that’s all so I think I did quite well for me lol😅

Just got back from two Caribbean cruises; Florida was cold! Be sure to pack a hoodie. Formal events: We found my hubby needed only one long sleeved shirt with a tie, one black slacks, black sketcher shoes. I brought and wore several times a cute wrap, only one dressy top, slim black pants, dressy flip flops. Why? Most passengers no longer have the same dining table mates. No one will remember what you wear! Day wear: The same rule applies to daily wear off ship pack a minimal amount of casual LOOSE shorts, skirts, tops, it is hot and humid. Evening: Wear the same colored tops and bottoms, add a colorful light weight “ kimono “ for variety if you think you need too. Have different three sets. Most importantly wash your bras daily or bring a bra for each day. Bacteria will form from the humid weather. I use antiperspirant under my breast. Take wipe on mosquito repellent. Bring something comfortable to wear in your cabin or to get that coffee or snack. Shoes: one pair for walking, one for onboard, one for evening. Both my onboard day shoe and evening shoe were flip flop types. Naturally one blingier than the other. Bring minimal jewelry cause you are going to find local crafted stuff to wear. Have fun! Casual is o.k.

Hi Bette, she can hand out additional (cash) tips, but doesn’t need to. We often tip a dollar or two for drinks, a tip to the room steward, and the dining staff on the last night. The Caruso curlers should be fine. I definitely understand why they would be questioned, but I don’t think the “bag police” will know how they work. If the did get taken she would just pick them up on the last night.

It’s REALLY hard and honestly, he is not happy about it! He’s going what he can from the ship, but everything changes when they get to high school right? I feel for you. We’re going to reevaluate as a family because it’s hard!!!

You can take curling irons, flat irons and drying brushes! Just nothing with a heating element like an actual iron or tea kettle 💗💗💗

@@CruiseTipsTV yes. They messaged me back last week and said they are now only servicing Carnival. We ended up going with Parkway Parking for our WOS leaving out of Port Canaveral. I pray they are good & reliable.
Hello again, Thank you for your patience . We are no longer servicing Wonder of the seas for parking. We will only be serving Carnival Mardi gras at this time.
