Everytime you put a stove or burner indoors, always put something on the walls where the stove or burner will be put. This is in order to prevent the stains or dirt which will accumulate through time because of the splash from the foods, oils and smoke. A foldable wood or metal plate can be put on the side of the table where the stove is located can be added! 😀😀😀 Good project!
This is a nicely executed project, but the most exciting part is definitely the plug for upcoming videos on the making of "a tiny house out of shipping containers."
Great this can be a barbeque table i have 1 next to my grill we made and is nice to wash most of the stuff outside since i can afford a built in kithen i got a DIY table and spend all the money in a nice grill love this portable 1 do.
For your next camping project, I suggest a lightweight chuckbox. The renowned but discontinued Beaver Tree camping box and Campmate camping kitchen would be a great inspiration for a future project. There are many chuckboxes available but the heavyweight make them undesirable. Cheers!
Ben I am so glad to see y’all posting again. Lately I have been getting my fix by rewatching my favorite videos. This is an awesome build. By the way loved the shoe store in Cali.
It is amazing how practical and minimalistic your designs are. You do an amazing job. Can't wait to see the shipping container build, watch out for those choyo cactus' they have a tendency to jump out a get you.
DIY autofire/log feeder? Theres a few videos of them around. But it would be great to have a couple compact rails ready to set up. Its essentialy just a ramp that gradually feeds logs to a fire as the old ones burn through.
Your videos are always inspiring and just awesome! Since my girlfriend and I think about buying a van and build it into a camper van, it would be wonderful to see you do that. I know that there are many videos out there about that already. But I really would enjoy seeing you do that and also, as you always give a good explanation, found it very helpful. Don't know how likely it is that you will do that but that would be my first camping DIY thought! :)
this is awesome. i’m looking to do a DIY outdoor grill/kitchen that’s modern and clean looking. i have a gas grill but would love to have counter space for prepping the food and this sink thing you made would be perfect for what i’m trying to achieve. i’d love to see you create something that can incorporate shelves for dishes (clean and dirty) to avoid having to go back and forth into the house. if anyone was to design a DIY outdoor grill kitchen (that i would like) it would be YOU and Jessie!
Very nice but have question. Instead of hand pump sink , could you show a foot pedal operated sink. That way your not worrying about holding down the hand pump to get water. Again nice idea but like to see or suggestions for foot pedal sink.
An acrylic project followed by a plumbing project -- do I see an aquarium project in your future? :) (Btw, as someone who got my initial taste of making by turning the guest bedroom in my condo into a giant reef aquarium, I think that would be awesome, just sayin... )
Looks cool and functional, just had a thought I wanted to share-You could get a wide roll of flashing and cover the top with it to make it more durable in the weather and fire resistant. I think it would impart a nice industrial look. Might try this myself for the yard this summer, if I do I'll be sure to tag you on IG...
cool idea...but for practicality...you could just make cold cut sandwiches out of a cooler and buy a bottle of hand sanitizer...probably more environmentally friendly...easier to prepare...less space...cost efficient...minimalist (which is more modern by extension)...i like this idea more for a minimalist off grid kitchen than simple camping
Yeah, and this approach would require a lot of extra steps for the sink hole, even if it was otherwise functional. An handle or two on the back of the countertop wouldn't be a bad idea, though.
I like that pump sink/bucket setup. Pretty darned classy for a camping setup!

Good project!
I like to cook outside during the summer so I don't heat up the house, this is a great idea!
Great idea 👍
A tip. Instead of a water container activated by pump, you could raise it and have water flowing thru gravity only.
Outstanding construction. Looks like another project for the weekend.
Cool idea for the garden as well! Add a sink disposal to pulverize kitchen scraps for composting
Those sawhorses are so awesome!
I absolutely love your content. This should be on TV.
Wow this kitchen table can be used as a portable workbench if you leave out the sink. It looks really sturdy and stable. Good build.
Handpump is of course a greener option, but there is a battery run pump choice too, in case you’re interested :) quite a cool idea and design ;)
I’d just like to say you guys are bloody brilliant! Purely inspirational.
Would love to see more camping projects! Or flat-pack furniture for small spaces.
You could add a lantern post or support when cooking meals outdoors at night.

An outdoor shower and toilet block.........thanks for the videos your ideas are great! :)
Briliant DIY doable build video and narration. Thanks
Supper cool ! Very usefull tips. The 5 minut set up is awsome.
Oooo! Can't wait to see the shipping container house build😃
verry cool and simple! like it!

Awesomely cool. I can’t wait to see what you have in that genius mind of yours for the shipping containers.

Instead using the hand water pump, I think it is better to flip the water gallon so you have 2 free hand when washing dishes or foods! 😁
You are making a container tiny house...Awesome, would love to see videos on that build
we want to see the tiny house out of containers build

This just have me a great idea for my van build.
I feeling kind of hungry now. Nice little make shift kitchen. 😊
i am all for anything camping related. maybe diy tent setup?
Great project! This is an amazing idea.
I’ll have to do this when we’re renovating our kitchen.. thanks
MORE CAMPING DIY YES!!! I Love your videos, mate!
Blue Apron: No food waste! We're so green!
Also Blue Apron: What's that? Oh, our packaging waste? Ignore that.
Make the countertop out of concrete! Also put crushed beer bottles in the concrete to give it a speckled look!
Very cool!
I would include a toaster oven. I would also use a two burner hot plate instead of a single burner.
that was nice.
Super neat build! Simple too. Great project ben!
Very cool. I hope we get to see a video of you building the tiny house!
Do you think this saw horse style could be used outdoors as a potting table? Thank you so much!
Cute👍👍
Very simple and practical!! Love how this came out.
Mike! Also this is exactly what I was searching for.
Very nice work!
Very nice but have question. Instead of hand pump sink , could you show a foot pedal operated sink. That way your not worrying about holding down the hand pump to get water. Again nice idea but like to see or suggestions for foot pedal sink.
will you be posting videos about the tiny house build?
I'm curious why you didn't glue up the plywood first and then cut to size. Was it just to keep the scraps more useful for other projects?
Hi guys
How are you?
Good idea very very nice and useful.
Congratulation from Brazil
Could you use a foot pump on the sink? That way, if your hands are dirty, you're not contaminating the top of the pump and recontaminating your hands
Where did you buy the mini fridge?
Should make the top foldable with hinges! Make it easier to transport
Nice Video, Keep up the good work!
Mmmmmmmmmmm......modello. That's a really cool solution, Ben! Nice job!
I'm interested with your shipping container home 😅😅 can't wait for it..
Great idea..
love the idea of a portable kitchen right in the car trunk!! :-)
An acrylic project followed by a plumbing project -- do I see an aquarium project in your future? :) (Btw, as someone who got my initial taste of making by turning the guest bedroom in my condo into a giant reef aquarium, I think that would be awesome, just sayin... )
Lol, totally nailed me with the sponsor. :)
great video, could you post a link for the soap despener you used

Thumbs‘d up for Modelo. 🍺
Very surprised. Is it how Americans see camping ?
In France, we rather go «rough» on camping, with a burner only for our kitchen 😉
I would love to see you building camper van
brilliant
As usual, suburb. May I recommend your take on a chuck box?
its supurb, not suburb. a suburb is the neighborhood
4:23 that voice crack . 😂
What was your total cost (excluding cooker, fridge etc)
Was that @modernbuilds Mike Montgomery helping on the build?
Would love to see you do a Kettle grill table. This is awesome also 😎
Me encanto, súper útil. 👍🏻👏🏻✅😊
That nice
camping side to the road
Stodoys plans help with such details.
Whats wrorg with the reality?
Nice!!
HMM: The perfect DIY Kitchen for Camping
Me: Office budget SLASHED!
I would like to see you build out a camper van for #vanlife van dwelling or for a mobile office 🚐
Yes! Loved it.
There is an electric model for that water pump like the one you use!
I LOVE IT
Blue apron vs MRE
can you do a van build?
This is not bad Ben but I don't see how you can go camping with this because it looks big but really a good idea
Imagine if this dude converts a van to a camper
Why do you use a pump and dont bring the bottle higher and use some kind of tap? It will be much more functional...
cool idea...but for practicality...you could just make cold cut sandwiches out of a cooler and buy a bottle of hand sanitizer...probably more environmentally friendly...easier to prepare...less space...cost efficient...minimalist (which is more modern by extension)...i like this idea more for a minimalist off grid kitchen than simple camping
You could have used a hollow core door to cut down on weight.
David Abercrombie no one watches this channel for practicality ;)
Hollow countertop? Are you serious?
Yeah, and this approach would require a lot of extra steps for the sink hole, even if it was otherwise functional. An handle or two on the back of the countertop wouldn't be a bad idea, though.
When you build your shipping container home are you going to put the videos on TH-cam
Check out The king of random mini metal foundry.
4:30 - Like in a Sims game xD
Show us the shipping container build!
thank for share..
If it's made out of shipping containers, it might just be a house instead of a Tiny House^^
Forgot to add a link for the Mini Fridge.
Прикольно!!!
