😄I watched this video once again. It is so awesome to be where our rock-n-roll super heros once lived✨Thanks for walking and the exploration of these places.
Me and my father visited Liverpool last year together to see Beatles things. What a beautiful experience!! I'll never forget my trip with him there, it meant a lot to me! Beautiful city, lovely people and so much Beatles history.
Very nice tour! My family lived in England in 1963 before the Beatles went to the U.S. My sister became friends with Peter and Gordon's sisters. Diana stayed with us on her first trip to America and a few years later we met Peter to talk and have dinner. For more context, Peter was friends with Paul, who was engaged to Peter's sister for some years. Thank you again for your nice video and bringing back some long ago memories!
Cholzey Cat if you read this, the graveyard also has the grave George too good Smith ( John’s Uncle who brought him up along with his Aunt Mimi ) and close to his grave is the grave of legendary Liverpool FC Manager Bob Paisley .
Brilliant video. I'm planning my first Beatles related visit to Liverpool in the autumn (It's a five hour drive so needs to be planned a bit). I wanted to get some familiarity with the scenery in advance and came across this video, which is perfect. I almost don't need to go now. 😀
I did this two months ago and thoroughly enjoyed walking around and seeing the Beatles sites. I think it's bad what has happened to the Ringo pub however. You stood by a blue and white pub in Penny Lane, apparently Freddie Mercury stayed there at some point. I really enjoyed your video btw, thanks for sharing.
Thank you! I feel the same about the pub, I was a bit disappointed when I saw it had changed, and I had a meal in that pub, so that’s interesting to know.
@chlozycat6506 - It's definitely a difficult question. For No One is a great song. As for me, I have to say Helter Skelter. For years, I had no idea what a Helter Skelter even was, as we don't really have them here in the US, lol. They do look fun though.
The JL swam here sign-Very amusing-I wonder IF there is a sign on the Mens Lav that reads JL pooed Here. (joke) Neat video. Tell your sister your singing was charming. Seems like you were really enjoying yourself. Must have been horrific during WW2 when City was being bombed UK streets are very close. Who would have Imagined the Industry that exists today from a Pop group that became almost like a Religion. Hello from Canada.
The Eleanor Rigby grave according to Paul McCartney was only when he realized much later co'incidental to the name of the song he had written..he had the name Eleanor, but only came up with Rigby when walking past a hat shop in Bristol one day...the hat shop name was 'Rigby's'...I have seen the interview where he says this to be true....but maybe he was advised by Epstein to make this up so he wouldn't get hassled for Royalties from the Rigby family, who knows?
When I first heard this story I wondered if he came up with it to stop fans going into the churchyard with a hammer and chisel and taking a bit of the gravestone as a souvenir.

Thank you for another wonderful video visit. I’ve noticed your sister travels with you at times. Is she a Beatles fan as well?
Thank you! Yes, she’s also a big fan of The Beatles
A guia é muito bonita, além do mais, t3m as mãos lindas. Independentemente mostrou-se competente em suas atribuições conferidas como guia
Very nice video!
Hey, just curious...what is your favorite Beatles song?
Thank you! That’s a tough question, I have many favourites, but if I had to choose one I’d say For No One. What about you?
