I know Tommy Mars from hanging out in Venice beach CA , were we both live. He's as kind and affable as he is talented. To see him like this, his exquisite playing( notice how he feeds the soloist with chord voicings and then support's there efforts. He, through his talent and experience, makes them sound better and more coherent then then they're capable by themselves, awesome show, Tommy..... amazing
One of the deepest musicians I have ever seen. I saw him on the 81 tour and years later in New Haven with Banned from Utopia and he just levitated the room.
Another hidden gem. I had no idea there was a prequel to the 2015 show that I enjoyed immensely. Again, very, very tasty performance. Thank you all. Are there any other shows I may have overlooked? I know us drummers can be a bit loud, but, just a hair forward would be great. Well Done

Talented? He‘s a genius!

Being able to hear Tommy Mars rip on the B3 like that is such a treat. I've never heard the organ as forward in any of Frank's mixes
Absolutely fantastic!
That sax solo on A pound for a brown was fucking great.
Tommy was getting into it, and it brought the energy right up there
Hugely impressed by Arthur Barrow as a band leader, he seems to have an impressive feel for Zappa as the orchestral composeer
I fell in love with Tommy Mars "Hail Caesar" transition in Zappa's ' Yo Mama'

Hi, Steve... regrettably, these two shows are all we have available from the Barrow UNT residencies. Thanks for your interest, though!
