    Hi! I really liked this video! Just a few questions:
    - in which temperature do you add the mycryo to the coloured cocoa butter?
    - and in which temperature do you add the colours themselves to the cocoa butter, if you make them at home?
    Thank you so much :)

      Hi!
      Here are quick answers to your questions, but I have linked a video with more details below.
      - I'm adding the mycryco/cocoa butter seeds between 30-35C
      - I'm adding the colors around 45C

    Hi thank you for sharing your inputs ...one question...does one measure the temperature of the cocoa butter after warming while its in the bottle itself or pour it out n then check in a bowl? Do tell thanks 😊

    • @angilearnshowtochocolate
      @angilearnshowtochocolate  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Good question! I'd measure the temperature in the bottle.
      I've done it so many times that I don't check the temperature anymore. I can "feel" if it's the right temperature.

      @@angilearnshowtochocolate oh hey thank you so much for the prompt response. I know what you mean by instinct right. Okay so the thermometer should be pointed at the bottle or the opening of the bottle at the butter inside. Sorry if it’s a daft question but I like to have clarity rather than assume. ☺️🙈🙏🏻

    • @angilearnshowtochocolate
      @angilearnshowtochocolate  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      No worries at all! I’d measure the butter itself, not the bottle. But to be save you can also measure the temperature once you’ve pour the colors in your little pot, right before painting :)

    cocoa butter always clogs my airbrush (greg 0.7 mm needle). Some colors more than others. TH-cam tutorials make it look simple. help? Can I think it out with a small amount of neutral oil or maybe a few pellets of uncolored cocoa butter?

    • @angilearnshowtochocolate
      @angilearnshowtochocolate  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Absolutely! You can add a little bit of cocoa butter. But be careful with the dosage, if you add too much your colors might not cover as well.
      When your colors clog, you can heat up the airbrush with a hairdryer/heat gun. To melt the clogged colors.

    thank you so much, do you need to retemper your home made color cocoa butter each time you use it

    • @angilearnshowtochocolate
      @angilearnshowtochocolate  ปีที่แล้ว

      If you heat the colors up too high (like above 33C) then you will need to retemper. Otherwise it's good to go.

    Can I add cocoa seeds to the same bottle everytime my cocoa butter gets out of temper? It won't change the consistency?

    • @angilearnshowtochocolate
      @angilearnshowtochocolate  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I‘ve only seen a changes in consistently with certain colors. I have a blue and a gold that became thicker. But only after probably 15-20 times of adding seeds.
