Within the letter of the law, there are provisions for “the unlawful killing of a human being without malice.” Letter of the law, and spirit of the law, is out the window when you have a jury of 12, swayed by emotions.

Speaking on Asian hate, it’s nothing new, it use to just get swept under the rug, but everyone is a walking camera now so it’s coming to light now more often.
Tbh after reading about neelys life, losing his mother at the age of 14, the dude was lost in life, had no guidance from young, the system failed the guy, the guy even tried to make some sort of living by impersonating michael jackson. But yh penny should of served some time, theres restraining someone and then theres holding someone in a tight ass chokehold for however long it was for him to die

@@chinatownboy7482that’s why I said that a prerequisite to a law degree is 6 months of jury duty.
