सर आपने बहुत अच्छे से समझाया.. ये बताये सर कि NEFT/RTGS पर क्लिक करके generate challan किया.. क्या उस challan का print निकालकर bank में पेमेंट करना है.. अगर bank में पेमेंट किया तो फिर फॉर्म आगे कैसे भरा जायेगा..

I have few questions.
1st Why to invest in these plots as these sectors are 5 kms inside from expressway.
(Its similar to the plots which are even decreasing in value in Kp 2 and 3. )
2nd When Gaur is giving developed plots on Highway.
Why we should Consider these plot??
3rd one of my relative got 120 Sq metre of land in Tappal
At 14.68 Lakh on 2nd Aug 2022 so isnt it the govt making huge profits by inflating price. ?

All the process was followed, payment completed, Payment and Form status is Paid & Submitted. But while checking the view/print form it is downloading the uploaded documents and the form. The downloaded form is showing " Server Error in '/' Application" but no details. Are you also getting the same thing...??

Please help urgently. Challan generate ke baad Kaya ,payee add kar ke online payment kar sakte hai? Yadi ho sakta hai to please batiye kaise. Aur kya challan generate ke baad payment mode change kar sakte hai (netbanking)🙏

Maine 2 checkbox SC/ST aur disability wale ko fill nahi kara kuch problem toh nahi hogi?
Portal ke side se bhi bug tou tha, agar mandatory tha tou user ko agey nahi badhny dena chaiye. But authority decide karegi, iss case ka kya karna. App authority se check kar sakty.
Mother ka foam bhara h toh payment rtgs se mom ke account sr hi hogi ya apne se bhi kr skta hu pls reply fast
Payment kisi bhi account se kar sakty. Refund mother ke account mein ayega
pls make video on Photo size given is 2.5cm*3.5cm and signature size given is 2.5cm*1cm. if i do that then size is coming very small and after zooming pic is not clear and very blur. pls suggest on that and make a video on that for photo and signature size
Don’t go by these measurements. Just sign normally on paper and take pic. Reduce size (KB) of pic if portal doesn’t accept. Pic, sign shouldn’t be blur

GrNoida and YEIDA alag authority hai. So GrNoida mein nikala uss YEIDA mein koi pharak nahi padega, aap YEIDA mein bhar sakty hai

Yes you can pay registration money from any account. Refund account should be of applicant

After doing payment with Net banking, kya kisi ko mail ya sms aya YEIDA ki trf s for successful form submission? Ya fir jo dashboard p status dikhaega bss wahi h?
Email ata hai “Status : Paid and Submitted“ likha hota.
Brochure mai point no. 14 mai likha hai ki construction karna hoga. Tom hum allot hone ke baad lease deed hone ke baad bhi kaise bechege isse?

I have shown the steps in video. You have to click Generate Challan. Let us know if you still can’t generate challan.

Sir challan generate hone je baad kitne din ki validity hoti hai challan ki maine form fill kar Diya hai but payment last day 2- 3 days pehle hi karunga....kyonki bada plot apply Kiya hai 200 meter amount pehle hi lock ho jayega main soch Raha tha challan aaj hi generate kardun...
Esa validity ka kuch mention nahi kiya. Aap chaye tou phir challan generate kar lena payment se phely and vo waly challan ke account number mein paisa jama kara dena. Ek suggestion, last 2-3 tak wait na karey, kam se kam 5-6 din phely kara dein. Payment clear mein time lagta. So extra margin sahi rahega

After filling form, next step is to pay registration money to finish the application process.

As per brochure page 9 point 16(iii) isme form upload krna hai but upload krne ka option nahi aa rha??

Also I tried to pay the registration fee using different credit cards and my debit card but the payment was not going through. Does the portal accept USA credit/debit cards?

If he is above 18 years old and not minor dependent then you guys can apply. You guys can keep both plots.

Account number auto-generate hota hai. Isliye har baar change ho jata.

Bank sidha YEIDA ko transfer karegi 90% of registration money. You can contact ICICI bank to know about it.

I was doing 590 rs payment through UPI, the transaction was successful in the UPI but before confirmation on eazypay portal, net got disconnected.
Shall I wait for the reversal of the amount or I can use the Transaction ID or something else to proceed, please guide.
You could wait for few days for reversal
