You hit the nail on the head. I had two hernia repairs on the right groin and have had sever pain in my right testicle ever since. I have been to urologists many times to help with the pain but always the answer was nothing is wrong. I have spinal stenosis in the lower back and when my back hurts my groin hurts. Now it makes sense to me.

I have suffered chronic groin and right testicle pain for a few years now. 2 months ago had a radical nephrectomy on right kidney. First few weeks no groin testicle pain but as things settled pain came back. As well as numb thigh or if not numb its pain. Thank you for explaining thia as it explains pain. And its simply hypertension epididymis as im not aroused and get the pain. This explains so much. Now have to figure out how to relieve it as its really affectinf my mental health.
So basically my surgeon should have been more carefu. I told him i had pain in my groin crease post op and he just brushed it off. Im still managing it with huge amounts of neuropathic pain killers 2 years later :( At least i know it can be resolved now. Thank you for making the video.
I'm having an MRI this week to see what damage I have done to my hernia repair, after watching this I'm a bit nervous on the outcome it looks very complicated down there. Hopefully we can resolve the issue because it's life changing pain I'm experiencing never thought I would find myself in this position. Good video thank you.

I m from France, thanks to my nerve im in pain every day. Only two doctors helped. But during two years none told me nothing. Some people through i was faking or at least, my pain was from constipation lol. My doctor will make infiltration in this area and hope a recovering. But now what can i do? There is natural solution who can help me to feel better? Your video is usefull. Thank you!

6 months on from my double hernia, one was a mesh inguinal repair by keyhole. Whenever i workout lifting weights i get a pain in this groin/testicle region. What would my options be? Nortripoline didnt work... would next steps be the nerve block quided by ultrasound? Is there a scan to accurately diagnose nerve issues eg mri?
Could this cause pain the right testicle? When I press on the high part of inner thigh, lift right leg or make sudden turns sometimes it shoots pain to my tesitcle area. Thanks.

Hi, i thought the ilioinguinal nerve innervates the anterior scrotum, mons pubis and labia majora whereas the genital branch of the genitofemoral nerve innervates the cremaster and dartos muscle. Could you correct me if i'm wrong?

Just had ALIF surgery and now I have pain on my lower left abdomen area. The incision was right below the belly button. Could these nerves be causing my pain, hurts to walk, feels fine sleeping and sitting? How can I have these nerves checked or what can they do for the pain. I can only walk about 100 yards before I have to sit. Always better in the morning, worse as the day goes on. Thanks
Since May (day after leg workout) I felt pain coming from this area, after 2 weeks I noticed small lump in there (wo pain, also once I tried to press on it), Its like when you contracting biceps. So I thought Its hernia - then I passed thru some examinations like uktrasonics, x rays ..etc., they found nothing. Its July, still see lump after short walk or any activity where you using legs … any idea?

Mine is damaged as well from a tubal pregnancy that ruptured and then emergency surgery. I have never had a nerve surgery. I may look into that.

Sounds similar to my story. It's probably a hernia that the doctors won't diagnose until it gets worse
