I'm diagnosed with "ADHD - Inattentive type" and I was/am still exactly like this learner lol it took me 2 or 3 years of learning and I passed on my 4th go haha. My instructor was incredibly patient just like Aman ❤
Hi Aman. Your videos are very helpful. Watched them repeatedly over the past 2months and did 20hours driving lessons. I passed today on my first attempt with 2minors. Thank you!!!!❤
for the sliproad issue, my driving teacher was always telling me "when you're joining, remember the other cars are running and you're walking" and it helped me to understand that I had to go faster
I feel like she has genuine struggles with processing all the information in front of her and with Aman talking. More than what most learners have. She needs to persevere and she'll get there
I've been waiting for this one! I love you two together ❤ so funny. Mahwish, please don't ever change - you're so sweet and you're doing so well 🎉 not long until you get your licence 👏🏻
I was absolutely petrified of big spiral roundabouts when I was a learner, and hated dual carriageways. I passed my test a year ago and oddly enough I now find spiral roundabouts really satisfying to drive 😂😂 and I love a good national speed duel carriageway 😂😂 strange how things change, I’m not a fan of town driving though, especially here in wales as it’s mostly 20mph
The difference might be because you don’t add the stress of having to perform to get passed, you just drive. And knowing where you want to go and just do it is easier than having to rely on an instructor telling you bit by bit where she wants to go. Big difference
@@evehosgood I'm very happy with the 20mph limit - I'm not so happy with those who don't comply with it, nor with the absence of enforcement around where I live
My biggest problem and makes me nervous as well, specially when the car is behind and can't go back to the left..end up in national speed limit right lane
Don't worry about them if you have a signal on and only 1 lane they won't come past provided you ain't slow. If 2 lanes and you are in the right you can exit in the right and get on with it then move back left. Honestly it's just practice and building confidence. With time you will understand what people are doing
It is all about always taking your road position from the left and when you have priority closing down to the kerb lane as soon as possible. As you pass the penultimate exit moving left eliminates all space on your nearside. Learners often want to slow prior to moving left this makes things worse because if you leave a gap on your left and a space to your left cars following you will have already moved left and kept the same speed and you are effectively forcing them into the space
Keep practicing. Use all your mirrors because You will sometimes have drivers like drivers of the Citroen Berlingo and Smart fortwo. The citroen was being a bully to a learner vehicle and the smart car was only undertaking and cutting the corner as if it has a Brabus package.
Hi, just want to thank for all the tips, I've just passed my driving test without any particular lessons. I've had another driving license from another country for 10 years, but seing your vídeos helped me to understand what are the UK rules and what is required here, of course needed some pratice, but you were my main driving learning source.
Hello! Just to say I passed my driving test today with only 2 minors! Your videos have helped so so much, I would guess I’ve watched about 35-45 of your videos.
Mahwish your definitely improving...i can see a lot more confidence in you too which is good. Your my favourite to watch on this channel ...actually your the only one I watch on this channel 😅 and il be the first to slide in the socials to congratulate you when you pass.
You're doing great Mahwish, yeah there were some ropy bits but that's just confidence it'll come. Your Brake pedal, when it's really watering down with rain and your shoes are wet, you'll slip off. Get your foot on it like you do with the Clutch! Get your foot off the Clutch when you don't need it, Release Bearing!!
someday I want to be able to drive in Scotland. These are super helpful getting insight into driving on the opposite road of what I'm used to. Also roundabouts are pretty unusual in the Midwest.
She is doing brilliant other than watching what it happening to he left and right on the roundabout as to what they are doing like watching the crazies . I think she is doing brilliant and as her awareness skills improve which they will she will be even better

Dear Aman. Your videos awesome. I just has a really silly question Everyone says speed up on the sliproad and you can join. It's understandable, but the sliproad is finishing, what happens if you can't move right. No easy to stop with that speed if the sliproad finishes.
I have my full driving licence for 16 years. on a main roads. when there is a tracker in front in front of me. I m too nervous to over take the tracker because due to the on coming cars. I pull in safely. I go when it is safe to do so. as a slower learner it can be over whelming. safety comes first
Do you ever have just a general chat about stuff like planned holidays up coming or other random stuff. I understand they would need to be competent and don't need any instructions or prompting . More to see if they still remember thier steps
Its such a fascinating concept to change lanes during those roundabouts. We don't have that. You never change lanes during a roundabout.....feels so wrong 😂😂😂
Hi Aman, thanks for the great video. ☺️ Well done Mahwish. I am doing lessons at the moment but I live in a small town so there aren’t any big roundabouts like this to practice on. Do you have any recommendations on how I can practice bigger roundabouts? Is this something that is covered in the Pass Plus scheme? Thank you. ☺️
Would you be happy to do a 2 plus hour lesson so have a good 40 drive to an area with bigger roundabouts then do 40 minutes on them then 40 minutes drive back. Obviously it will cost a bit more due to time. You can watch all the lessons and read everything but you really need to go and practice them. If someone is willing to take you will help.
Hi, please can someone answer my question. I have a relative wanting to complete their theory test in a foreign language and when I searched to see if this is possible, multiple answers appear. 1) The theory test can be sat at some test centres in Polish, Punjabi, Urdu or English and no other languages, 2) that the theory test can only be sat in English, Welsh or British sign language, or 3) the theory test can be sat in any language. Please help
Well now, it gives better control of the car, as long as you do it right, also it means your licence will cover auto and manual, the other thing to realise is the repair cost and insurance is cheaper, and mpg is better, than an old type automatic.😊
Nah man when i always hear ,, it gives better control of the car" i am FCKNG mad...... The only reason why around 80% of people in Europe drive manual cars is because of the price! Automatic cars are usually 2k to 3k more expensive. On top of that, repair costs for automatics are often doubled. So don't say it's because of 'better control.' Meanwhile, in the USA, over 90% of drivers use automatic cars because the price is the same whether it’s manual or automatic.
It is up to you whether you get a manual or automatic license, however, a manual (full) license will allow you to also drive an automatic car whereas automatic only allows you to drive automatic cars
I'm sorry to hear that 😔 look to what specifically you struggled with by thoroughly checking the mark sheet and focus on practicing those things. Best of luck for next time!
She done well in that slip road... yeah but if there is traffic?? Still going on 50mph?? Where would you go?? The key still is to check if there is space cause if you reach the end of slip road at 50mph and you have no space u going to crash!!! Isn't?? 🤔 U tell her to not stress but u stressing her a bit... 🤔😅 I do still like your videos just try to be a bit more patient with confident and good drivers as she is... 👏🏼💯😉
Bro I'm from Lebanon we have NO SHITY RULES I DRIVING. My point is people drive like at 9 years old I'm 14 and I'm an expert but when my mom sits next to me she starts screaming when I speed. Just tell me why 😢😢😢
It is probably because you may know what you are doing, but she may think you are erratic, sudden moves, or with no warning. This makes it scary for passengers, they don't know what you are doing. Appropriate speed for the road/traffic, smooth lane changes, gradually slow down etc. if your passenger, in this case your mom, can feel safe enough when they want to nod off, then then you will have her approval.😊
