Nice choice going with a Nordic youth academy team, last year in FIFA23 they were a cheat, especially Sweden. I found incredibly players so may times that I loved it.
P.S. Also if I'm not mistaken, Finland isn't Nordic. It is not considered as a Scandinavian for sure, I'm not sure if is not Nordic as well

The best way to find CM is to send out the scout with the istruction of "Phisically strong" and the role obviusli CM. That's because they come with a very good phisical but all the other stats are mostly balanced and you can build them up as you want.

Cani, Rosenborg BK would've been a super fun rebuild, especially since they have some really talented young players. Back when they were at their best, they were incredibly good, maybe even one of the best in Europe👀 But now, they're not doing so well, ending up in the middle of the table last year.

The Eliteserien season starts in 8 days and Rosenborg were playing against Viking FK today in a friendly and lost 5-0 so they desperate needs a rebuild.
The thing about center mids is that every stat is important for ‘em, so its “easier” being a good cdm or cam on fifa, if hes strong, put him on cdm, if he technically gifted, cam, they’re gonna be better right away. But you can wait on your cms to grow the things theyre thrash at

i always have to train youth players into cm, but also there you need luck.. somehow lb/rb/rm/lm players are working the best (like guerreiro and zinchenko), sometimes cam is working too, cdm rarely for me

Hello Cani, great video. You should do a rebuild with Rosenborg BK they have won the norwegian league title 26 times, but came in 9th place last season. You can do one where you only by people from the Norwegian league (Eliteserien).

I live in the most northern mainland county in Scotland, I saw them a couple months aggo, but they often appear although sometimes they are hard to make out.
I am from finland and hate winter cause it's actually darkness all the time for few months. In summer we have few days when the sun never set so it balances things 😅 If u wanna see northern lights go to lapland then u have chance to see that. In winter time off course. In southern fin it is pretty rare 🤔
I loved this video because I am from norway, and another team you could do a similar rebuild to is vålerenga, they are one of the best talent producers in norway, i have been a fan of them since i was 5 years old, so I would love if you rebuildt them.

I'd love to see you rebuilt REAL BETIS, this time is about pasion for football. The team's motto is "viva el betis manque pierda" which means "long live betis even though they lose". We beticos (name of the fan base) are acostumed to losing but we still love it, sadly meanwhile we struggle, sometimes we do go almost touching glory and sometimes we go down badly even relegation a couple of times in the last 2 decades, our neighbours Sevilla FC have won too many Uefa cups. We beticos also deserve to enjoy but the management of the club end up making us suffer.

You should do cork city in the Irish league they have about 1 million to start off with and came up 2 seasons ago and last season went straight back down they have 2 good talents in whitmarsh and fitzpatrick would be an enjoyable one

Cani in the future if you want to find a real Halaand like player look for technical gifted CDM the game does not give you defensive CDMs and on top of that they become 6 foot 3 plus strikers in currently doing a Paris FC rebuild and chose Iceland to make the next Halaand and he’s 6’7

Cani you should do a rebuild with Hertha Berlin, a team that has won Bundesliga 3 times in the past, and now has just fallen off, and even now they are 9th in Bundesliga 2, i think to rebuild them and making better than teams like Bayern, Dortmund, Levekursen etc... has to be a interesting one to do + i think you should try young players in your rebuilds like Jonathan Burkardt, Eric Martel, Noah Atubolu they have great potential.

Hey, Cani. You can try to look for LM/RM and then some of them will be better at CM position.
It’s not super consistent but I find the best way to get central midfields from youth is to use technically gifted but don’t assign a position to it. Right now I got one player who has 91-94 potential left winger but I can turn him into a CM. It will take some time but he only 16 do plenty of time.
I have seen them in Stockholm a couple of times (the northern lights), but the best place on earth to se them is in Abisko in the really northern parts of SWEden.
Pleeeeeeese do a Le Havre rebuild, they were League 2 champions and now are in midle table of League 1, they also have amazing talents in their team

There is a youth academy trick you can do save the day before your youth scout is due back. If ypu don't get a player you don't like quit without saving load up the save from the day before you'll get a different bunch of players. Could be a idea for you

to get CM you really need your team to use 442 flat rather than 442 defensive positions , your scouts will mostly get you positions that will fit your team if you play defensive you'll mostly get CDM try using a formation that has both CDM and CM to get position's you need ,
