Cani, I understand you sim through games, but I'd love to know how often you stop to change development plans, what plans you use because your players always get phenomenal growth by the time you've reached the champions league final.
He doesn’t switch training plan you can see as their fitness is always so low but growth I want to know too

not including romania( biggest country by size and population) in a balkan themed video really disappoints me ( a once romanian kid that started and watched 90% of ur videos since that fifa 15 liverpool career mode)
u need to make it up to the romanian following by using a least 2 or 3 romanians in the next rebuilds

I have a really fun challenge for you Cani, I find Career Mode to be unfortunately easy.. So I've been experimenting lately and one of the more fun challenges I found is develop and sell, as soon as a player turns 24 I sell them and replace them with a youngster, limiting the amount a time I give myself to win with a certain player (Could also make it younger to make it more challenging )

Rebuild Shakthar or Dynamo Kyiv in the polish league. Put both of them there just to make the league more competitive, then rebuild them with scouts from Ukraine, Brazil and maybe one more nation (former USSR countries, but not Russia).
Since the polish league is not that high rated, the players will grow slower and the rebuild will be harder.

they need to get to 80+ rated , be ya academy graduates and u cant have changed their position once theyve been promoted (if you changed their position whilst they in ya then they can get it)
