I am learning more of Algeria and the kind hospitality of their people from you! I am really impressed especially when the taxi driver offer to invited him to his home and family!
I think you were lost on the translation. The Cab driver is a such nice person, he first recommended fish restaurant that sells fresh fish at good prices. He said tous droit in French , it means in English straight a head , then he jumped a little bit to history to let you know that he is Berber Which is equivalent to ‘ kabayle’ word. Algier city is 1000 years old, city.Berber are the native people of North Africa, they lived dominantly in Algeria, Tunisia , Morocco and Lybia and few in Egypt . Berber people survived several civilizations occupation starting with the Greek, Romans, Arabs , Turk and France last. Then at the end of the conversation the cab driver invited you if you wish to come over and stay with his family for free. You will notice unmatched hospitality, generosity and kindness to visitors and strangers in the North African countries in general.
@m57-ux3ng bro the arabs forced their language on us. They also treated us with racism and we were second class citizens to them. And they also stole a lot of our heritage and made it theirs. If you don't call that colonization then why muslim countries like turkey, Indonesia, malaysia didn't lose their identity ? Think about it. As for turks it was the same except that they weren't interested in spreading their language to other nations
Hello there, I wanna thank you for visiting our country and showing it to the world and we hope a lot of other people come to visit it as there are some expectaions that the visa process is gonna become easier, tahya aljazair❤️🇩🇿
@@Travelwithchris I am sure I will! Try to go to Tipaza it’s a historic shoreline city where you can see some Roman ruins. I wanted to point out a few things that caught my attention on this video : the ruins you saw where discovered during the construction of the subway probably Romans. If you go to La Casbah try to visit Ali La Pointe museum. There is a nice restaurant in that area where you can enjoy some good very popular Algerian food like sardines. The taxis driver was telling he went to Spain and he lost his passport and ID but someone found them and brought them to his hotel.
Dude, the Algerians are so excited to see you guys. Amazing energy they convey to foreigners. I have never seen such warmth. Good for you guys and stay safe incase you find any oddball. Thank you for sharing.
@@lalove4574He said he was happy there. Why are you trying to make it seem like it's no good? I think you have a problem with this country. If you feel upset, you can watch another video and get out of here, Moroccan.
Mr. Chris:Thanks you so much for this new remarkable video from North Africa in Algiers, Algeria this week to shows these amazing streets with great buildings, restaurants, beaches, etc. in 2024❤❤❤❤

Watching from Italy 🇮🇹 i hope visit Alger soon i like it so much ❤
#welcome_to_algeria 🇩🇿🤗 Algeria is one of the best tourist destination, you can find good food 🍝🧆, nice and friendly people 😊 gorgeous landscapes with nice weather and off course the rich history and tradions of each city 😊 PS: algeria is the biggest country in Africa so it's called the continent country,i recommend minimum 20 days to visit the 1/3 of it 😁
People in Algeria are pure and genuine. They dont help you to get money they help you from their heart. I went to morocco its the opposite. They are kind but everyone asks for money you cant trust anyone maybe its because of poverty? But algerians are not rich but they are genuine and they are funny. One in Marrakesh, we started to talk a man he was so kind and funny and then when he told us to follow him to his restaurant and we said no we whete full he just switched from happy to very strange and turned his back i mean that would never happen in Algeria, they smile with you because they like you. Enjoy
Morocco main activity is tourism and the 3 bigest city are like cash machines especially marakesh its like marbella or mykonos they will provide you all the services you want but expect to spend money. I don’t think others citys are like this. Algeria has oil , gas and many others ressources they never focused in tourism even if it starting to develope but mainly in the sahara. People are very ashamed to do something lile asking money to someone.
Chris, I love all your videos, but my favorite ones are from Muslim countries, the people are so nice and friendly. You have such a beautiful and friendly energy and people recognize that. Thank you for giving us your videos.
Algeria is the gateway to Africa and the door to Europe. A big country with it's beautiful sahara.. it's wonderful beaches.. forrests and mountains. It's vast area makes you see the beautiful views of the whole world in one country even the weather varies from one region to another.
I hope you all have fun in Algeria but brother why are you keep saying monument is French it is not !And not even reasonable We fought for our independence for a very long time, and then you say that France gave it to us, Nah bro
Hey Chris, the Martyrs Memorial was not given to Algeria by France. I think that you might have referred to it as the French monument. I just wanted to let you know. This Algeria series is one of the best on TH-cam. Hats down!!!
The taxi driver said that when he visited Spain he lost all his paper in the bus , but the bus driver brought his papers back to him . He meant that he will do the same for algeria visitors , didn’t mean something bad
32:47 he was saying that he lost all his papers in Barcelona but the bus driver found them for him and took them to his hotel (they did a nice gesture to him so he’s kind of paying it back)
You should visit the roman ruins and the Royal Mausoleum of Mauritania in Tipaza (it's a province to the west of Algiers) and maybe even if its available book a night or two in a touristic complex called "CET" in tipaza, just make sure its a sunny day so you enjoy the beach.
Been keeping up with this series since the first upload on April 20. Watched your other videos on other countries too and I'm now a huge fan of the channel.
Also am glad that someone else finds enjoyment in the simplicity and "misery" of Algerian life. It's something I'd rather have over a life in Canada or America
You should visit the city of Constantine, Oran, Annaba, Bejaia, Jijel and Ghardaia do not waste the opportunity you will not regret visiting them and welcome to your second country Algeria
Chris I’m glad to see Gladys is with you on this vid. How is Andrew and will he be your assistant in the near future? Tks for all your time and efforts. Much appreciated
A big thanks to that lady in the dates shop finally someone spoke up about the origin of the couscous , yes it's originally from Algeria exactly from bejaia it's rather from the region oued amizour or sidi aiche I'm not really sure about, but the most important thing it's an algerian dish , you should try also rechta it's one of the best dishes in Algeria .

You are so amazing Chris. Your love and compassion for others is unmatched, also Gladis is such a beautiful soul she is such a sweetheart you both are so perfect for each other. Thanks for all the videos. safe travels.
@m57-ux3ngyes they did. Look it up mon frère

Thanks to you Chris, I have decided to spend my vacation in Algeria. Your vlog is the best of the bests.
So glad you posted a new video! I was looking forward to it and I can’t wait to watch it!!
Thank you so much! I hope you enjoy it!
Amazing video Chris 😊. I love when you show hidden places and unknown areas around the world.
we feel a lot of discomfort in this video
that's what happens when your country doesn't get many tourists
Thank you so much! I'm so happy to share!
@@lalove4574He said he was happy there. Why are you trying to make it seem like it's no good? I think you have a problem with this country. If you feel upset, you can watch another video and get out of here, Moroccan.

Mr. Chris:Thanks you so much for this new remarkable video from North Africa in Algiers, Algeria this week to shows these amazing streets with great buildings, restaurants, beaches, etc. in 2024❤❤❤❤
Hey Chris you need to stay in someone house and record from morning to evening to see everyday life from a local. You will get hits on your video. Thanks bro Alberto from Orlando Fl. Nice to see Gladys thought you broke up with her. Lol
Thanks so much for the support! I would love to make that happen! ☺️
Nope all good with Gladys we just live in different countries and unfortunately the visa for Venezuela is almost impossible to get, so I don't go back home with her. Last time I appled it took almost a year 😱
Awesome bro God bless and stay healthy. Alberto
I am not used to seeing Gladys covered up she is usually with a g string with her ass out everywhere in Thailand, love Gladys look here - Gladys looks very classy and humble ❤
Watching from Italy 🇮🇹 i hope visit Alger soon i like it so much ❤
#welcome_to_algeria 🇩🇿🤗 Algeria is one of the best tourist destination, you can find good food 🍝🧆, nice and friendly people 😊 gorgeous landscapes with nice weather and off course the rich history and tradions of each city 😊
PS: algeria is the biggest country in Africa so it's called the continent country,i recommend minimum 20 days to visit the 1/3 of it 😁
Welcome to your country bro enjoy, their is many cities beautiful then the capital , i am new subscriber and i really enjoyed thank you 💗✨🇩🇿
People in Algeria are pure and genuine.
People are very ashamed to do something lile asking money to someone.
what fantasy u have🤣
@@sedane94 vocês realmente um povo retardado marrocos realmente verá um pesado pra vocês kkkkkkkk

Chris, I love all your videos, but my favorite ones are from Muslim countries, the people are so nice and friendly. You have such a beautiful and friendly energy and people recognize that. Thank you for giving us your videos.
I think having a guid with you will make communication with people much easier
I don't take guides anywhere in the world, with guides you only see what they want you to see and you only talk with who they want you to talk with
Algeria is the gateway to Africa and the door to Europe. A big country with it's beautiful sahara.. it's wonderful beaches.. forrests and mountains. It's vast area makes you see the beautiful views of the whole world in one country even the weather varies from one region to another.

A very good video, you're very respectful and its obvious you communicate with love. Much enjoyed your video
I'm watching you from Algeria 🇩🇿 and welcome here❤️🇩🇿

Great video you are welcome in Algeria❤
Thanks! 😃
I hope you all have fun in Algeria but brother why are you keep saying monument is French it is not !And not even reasonable We fought for our independence for a very long time, and then you say that France gave it to us, Nah bro

Beautiful Algeria ❤ so much to see 🇩🇿
Hey Chris, the Martyrs Memorial was not given to Algeria by France. I think that you might have referred to it as the French monument. I just wanted to let you know. This Algeria series is one of the best on TH-cam. Hats down!!!
Aww i loved this video thank u chris for showing us Algeria i hope u like it there
This is a very nice video. Thank you for this episode ❤
You're welcome 😊
I was waiting. Thanks
The taxi driver said that when he visited Spain he lost all his paper in the bus , but the bus driver brought his papers back to him . He meant that he will do the same for algeria visitors , didn’t mean something bad
L love how the driver try to communicate with u ,the algerien people are so real so freindly
Wow, Chris so many experiences and a great trip. I love your TH-cam .
32:47 he was saying that he lost all his papers in Barcelona but the bus driver found them for him and took them to his hotel (they did a nice gesture to him so he’s kind of paying it back)
I love how you walk away from that shop with the dates, turn around and Gladys is already getting stuck into them haha. 🤣❤❤
Keep up the great content bro chris 😊
As an algerian i thank you alot for your review on pur country!!!
You should visit the roman ruins and the Royal Mausoleum of Mauritania in Tipaza (it's a province to the west of Algiers) and maybe even if its available book a night or two in a touristic complex called "CET" in tipaza, just make sure its a sunny day so you enjoy the beach.
I will definitely visit soon!
Been keeping up with this series since the first upload on April 20. Watched your other videos on other countries too and I'm now a huge fan of the channel.
Also am glad that someone else finds enjoyment in the simplicity and "misery" of Algerian life. It's something I'd rather have over a life in Canada or America
Thank you so much for the support
@@myt763 I'm glad you liked Algeria ❤️ Can we exchange countries? 😂

Great one sir. Been a long time. Hope you’re doing great.
