Does anyone know who the person narrating this channel is? The distinguished southern drawl is a comfort to this fellow southern woman… But more importantly, this guy clearly has a great deal of knowledge about the subject of astronomy and astrophysics, at least in my opinion as he easily pronounces the technical terms correctly and accurately explains the complex science and mathematics in a way that anyone would understand without having a degree.
This channel is quickly becoming my absolute favorite for anything related to astronomy and cosmology.
Whoever is responsible for this channel is doing a fantastic job and I look forward to many more incredible videos to watch in the future!

Fun fact: the more water in the atmosphere, the higher the heat retention of it so the hotter the planet gets overall. That's why when gray went up to 60F we crossed a threshold where there is suddenly more water in the atmosphere and all at once the planet starts getting H O T and gas pressure increases due to water vapor

Imagine the entire weight of our oceans but evaporated into our atmosphere, it would crush everything. Lol
It would be so thick a 3 mph breeze would be like standing in a flowing river

Actually in Latin, Mercurius is pronounced 'Mer-coo-ree-us' and not 'Mer-cure-ee-us' so the way he pronounces it, though unconventional, is acceptable.

Mercury is not tidally locked to the Sun. For a long time it was thought to be so but in fact it rotates slowly and has day and night with one Mercury day lasting 59 Earth days.

What if solar winds stripped Mercury of its density one molecule at a time. Once the atmosphere is gone the winds take material and spread it across the Solar System . Imagine a planet bigger than Earth or Mars. That makes sense if you look at that eway.

I AM the Alpha and the Omega [the Beginning and the End],” says the Lord God, “Who is [existing forever] and Who was [continually existing in the past] and Who is to come, the Almighty [the Omnipotent, the Ruler of all].”“
    ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭1‬:‭8‬ ‭AMP‬‬
”When I saw Him, I fell at His feet as though dead. And He placed His right hand on me and said, “Do not be afraid; I AM the First and the Last [absolute Deity, the Son of God], and the Ever-living One [living in and beyond all time and space]. I died, but see, I AM alive forevermore, and I have the keys of [absolute control and victory over] death and of Hades (the realm of the dead).“
    ‭‭Revelation‬ ‭1‬:‭17‬-‭18‬ ‭AMP‬‬
JESUS the CHRIST, the SON of GOD/Father.
To defeat the devil/lucifer who had the power of death. GOD sent HIS SON into the world to die, to break the power of sin, death and hades. The only way that could be is through GOD because HE alone has the power of life to come back from the dead. Man couldn’t do this…but GOD as a man could and DID. GOD cant die, so HE had to become man in order to die to save mankind from the devil who won that power at the garden of Eden.
    REPENT and believe the Gospel.
