Thanks Tim! I really appreciate it. Since the video, I’ve ran a few more times in the Pro 3 and it continues to blister my heel. The Speed 3 definitely felt softer. The carbon fiber plate in the Pro 3 is the strongest plate I’ve ever felt in a shoe. I literally could barely bend it. Because of that it makes a very stiff shoe.

Nice review I've just bought a pair of these haven't worn them yet I've heard they are noisy? 🤔
They are squeaky for sure. I liked them but they blistered my heel
