How can I come see you for Phentermine or Qsymia? I had Gastric Bypass and I've gained 40 lbs. My Dr. is using Qsymia but I moved out of state and now I can't see him anymore. I use Phentermine 37.5 mg in the past with great results. How do I contact you for fees? I have Ambetter insurance a now. Love your video and the stress, depressed, anxiety and covid has been crazy.

I would have to see you in person and examine you for prescription. If you're ever in town call my office to set up appointment.

In regards to what was being said about routine/rituals for the weight loss journey, how much time do you feel should be given to be able to determine if that particular routine/ritual is not working? I'm asking because I know I want to see fast results and I give easily if I haven't start seeing an positive result almost immediately.

At least 4 weeks, depending on the routine sometimes up to 3 months. Its important to be consistent and have a way to "track" consistency because the human tendency is to tell ourselves things that are not true. For example, patients always come in and say, "I dont eat bad" when we track eating in electronic food diaries we see they eat a lot worse than they think.
