They had one of the strongest debuts of the decade in my opinion! Their stage presence, choreography and vocals were up to par with the big 3! But they were with a small company who couldn’t put them out there enough! They were so synchronized and powerful!
people may wonder, just how poor is this company that they didn't even have money for a debut MV, or how cheap they are that they didn't invest in an MV... but to me it looks like they invested quite a lot in the training of these girls (i may be wrong, i don't know how long they trained, but they're incredibly good) and the quality of the music! i mean, this music is top tier! not one, not two, but three amazing releases so far! i keep listening to them on a loop, i don't need any food or sleep! :P this music is not just superficially badass, it's high quality sass through and through, every second, no rest, no respite!!! ^^
Adriana Volceanov actually the company didn't train them. all of the members were part of past groups from a company that went bankrupt. Miso was part of Ye-a, (she was close to Kwon eunbi, participant of produce48) and Aryoung bori and Rina were supposed to debut on another group called Shiny girls. both groups were determined to be extremely cute. however Miso left the company and so did the other members after the company went bankrupt. hbros then contacted them and reunited them as a group with the name girls girls.
What I like about this group is that, unlike other K-pop girl groups, _Girls Girls_ seems to put some fire into their dances! Other groups know how to dance, after all, most of them have been training for years; they are precise and they hit their marks, but ultimately look like they are just trying to follow the choreography accurately and robotically without mistakes so that their group's movements are in harmony. But _Girls Girls'_ moves are not only in sync but also snappy and fierce. They really do those moves to 100 %, and I like that. Their choice of tracks of course helps - they are pretty sassy so they require dances to go with that attitude - but it doesn't change the fact _Girls Girls_ follows through on these dances very well, better than many other groups would.
Seeing this makes me sad. I wish Gyurang was still in Girls Girls. Her voice adds so much to the group and even just having 5 members made their dances look so cool :(
