    and fatigue occurs due to cyclic load, continuous load or stresses on the materials and to avoid fatigue the grains should be in large numbers or there are piling up of dislocations or internal stresses rather lower Cottrell barriers to help the I pe ding of fatigue

    The rotating shaft example is very confusing, i believe there are much better ones.
    Besides, Fatigue should origin from the surface if no internal defects exist.
    Anyway, thanks for sharing.

    Use titanium alloys and super alloys to avoid fatigue in engines, propellers, jet engine blades, motors, generators and pumps etc.

      due to continuous cyclic stress, there is work hardening (material is hardened)
      due to this material breaks at low stress even sometimes below the yield strength
