* 4 cups Millet grains (soaked overnight)
* 1 Cup Ginger Root (when diced)
* 2 tbsps Black Pepper Corns
*1tbsp Cloves
*2 tbsp Chilli Flakes (Or to your chilli tolerance)

Cloves - Pepre (it’s the only spice with a twi name)

where can I get the millet in America ? my grandma loooooves housa koko and koose
So here in the UK I normally buy it from an Indian and Pakistan store. They call it Bajra. You can try any Ethiopian store, a friend of mine bought some from there. Otherwise let someone post some from Ghana to you. I hope this helps. 🙏🏾❤️
