Really appreciate you watching, I want to write a book but have to find out how to bypass legal issues like if I mention a medication or substance and taper methods, if it's legal if you're not a physician, but the benzo world does it so 😅😅 but I have so many different strategies I need to arrange into a reading 📖 📚 📕!!!! And add some phrases I keep inside that I've always wanted to say related to addiction, throw some quotes in there, taper methods, etc. Or explain my favorite methods, I was doing the Bernese Method before I 1.) Knew what it was/that it existed 2.)I've done it multiple different ways so I'll add that 3.) And a load of other stuff 😅 I appreciate the support and I'm so sorry for all the cussing 😬 sorry I'm a little too honest sometimes like talking about other BS Entertainment channels that revolve around addiction/withdrawal/etc are BS(not all, a lot) , I don't even get paid or anything by youtube I do this solely for the people that watch/subscribe. ❤
This some good advice my guy cause ive done this before and eventually youll figure out how long it takes until you figure out the time stamps and different stages of how you feel when withdrawaling buy yeee hella good vidoes bro keep it up you really changing people lives out here for the free 👌
Please f****** do just get it over with I'm telling you, once you do you'll see exactly what I've been talking about all these years, or however long I've been on here LOL but you've got it, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain that is the only outcome if you go through with it, you saw how I described it, you can always go back to however you were doing it but this is just to give a little test to yourself, but once you taste the other side you're definitely going to taste sobriety when you taper lower, it's the same exact feeling when you get to a really low amount and it's actually feel okay, that's when you can be like yes I dropped my tolerance! I'm getting used to having less! That's exactly what the goal is, and then you get off, just like benzodiazepines, everybody in that world bands together and does all these papers together why the hell can't we?❤❤❤
Day three of the challenge, sucks to be at work, good thing is that I don't have access to relief until I get home, by the time I get off I'm gonna be really feeling the heat.
