Also, any specific reason why you went with the Z1 kit, and not the Akebono ones? I know there is a slight price difference, but they should have similar clearance for wheels. Thanks.
@Ghost.q50 the oem rubber lines tend to expand and give a soft pedal feel after a little hard breaking. They are well worth the little bit of time and money.
Do they sell a bigger dust shield? Just for a clean install
Yes they do, it was an option you can add when you order from Z1 motorsports

It was mainly just price because I heard they have same build quality and yes they should have same wheel clearance
They’re the same Z1 just put the emblem on it
Does this work on the Q50 luxe?
Did you have to buy those copper washers as extras from the website?
No they came with the big brake kit
How many banjo bolt did you get from z1
I don’t remember tbh but I just know it was enough for the install
Why did you not upgrades to ss brake lines as well?
I probably should’ve since they were only an extra $100 but I just didn’t feel I needed it

What are the wheel specs you have? I own the brake kit for my q60, but i have to run spacers for the OEM wheel.
My wheels are 20x 8.5 +35 in front and rears are 20x 9.5 +35
@@Ghost.q50what are the tire widths?
Great video, can i use oem akebono brake pads all around instead the ones offered by Z1? Thx
Should be able to if they fit. A fit is all that matters not brand
Is there anyway to stop the squealing 🤣
Unfortunately no that’s one thing I’m dealing with every morning😂
Did you use the same break lines you already have in the car?
