The simplicity you are refering to makes the state unique and rich in the sense that the feeling it gives stays with you longer , gives a sense of contentment. Yellow flowery plant is called Nongmangkha its used with vegetable fries but the green leaves of the plant is used usually during cough and cold by steaming or drinking the soup of it and has other benefits for health too
