S M Marvin Gaye betrayed everyone who got close to him. A great musician and beautiful looking but he was the opposite of a beautiful person. He used people to make himself famous and rich

Kenroy Cherrington yes there was good in him, don't get me wrong, but he was ruthless too. I mean people are generally a mixture of good but mostly bad, although we don't like to think we are as bad as we are

@@christophervaughan2637this is what happens unfortunately when someone detests himself. And Marvin Gaye indeed couldn't stand the man he was. That's sad but that's true.
You have to love yourself before loving people around you. This man didn't love himself. Period.

He was so handsome and appealing whether it be on the outside or on the inside. It is a shame he never realized it and did not seem to love himself the way he was supposed to and he deserved to...
And I strongly disagree when they say he did not know how to dance or he did it like a “white boy”, he sure knew how to move according to the rhythm, the only issue is that he terribly lacked of self-confidence and therefore thought he could not move but he was a bonafide performer and complete artist (singer, multi-instrumentalist, lyricist, composer, trailblazer, visionary...). He was a generous and truly sensitive pure soul too good to be part of this cruel world...

Marvin and Anna Gordy's marriage was DEFINITELY a marriage of convivence. He thought that if he married Barry Gordy's sister, he could get in good with him. It would help him to be a HUGE star at Motown. Not saying he didn't love Anna, but...

    • @SimplyBeingTT

Women are so hateful towards each other. 🫤🥴 Anyway, they both had goals to build each other up, but make no mistake about it, he loved Anna. He wouldn't have been able to make a masterpiece like Here, My Dear or Vulnerable if he didn't. AND, HE would've filed for divorce and not stretched it out for 2+ years.
