S M Marvin Gaye betrayed everyone who got close to him. A great musician and beautiful looking but he was the opposite of a beautiful person. He used people to make himself famous and rich
Kenroy Cherrington yes there was good in him, don't get me wrong, but he was ruthless too. I mean people are generally a mixture of good but mostly bad, although we don't like to think we are as bad as we are
@@christophervaughan2637this is what happens unfortunately when someone detests himself. And Marvin Gaye indeed couldn't stand the man he was. That's sad but that's true. You have to love yourself before loving people around you. This man didn't love himself. Period.
He was so handsome and appealing whether it be on the outside or on the inside. It is a shame he never realized it and did not seem to love himself the way he was supposed to and he deserved to... And I strongly disagree when they say he did not know how to dance or he did it like a “white boy”, he sure knew how to move according to the rhythm, the only issue is that he terribly lacked of self-confidence and therefore thought he could not move but he was a bonafide performer and complete artist (singer, multi-instrumentalist, lyricist, composer, trailblazer, visionary...). He was a generous and truly sensitive pure soul too good to be part of this cruel world...
Fate forced Marvin's hand. He had to bring that funk to his music. I'm glad he did. What a big talent he was. But I always got the feeling he never knew how naturally cool he was.
How little you know Anna and Marvin were separated when he met the little tramp. But who did he go to in the last years of his life Anna Gordy plus Janis always said he told her That Anna was his love.
He got much better and confident though (in the sixties). That Apollo show was when he first started. He got much better on the Shindig, Tami, etc., shows a few years later.
Marvin and Anna Gordy's marriage was DEFINITELY a marriage of convivence. He thought that if he married Barry Gordy's sister, he could get in good with him. It would help him to be a HUGE star at Motown. Not saying he didn't love Anna, but...
Women are so hateful towards each other. 🫤🥴 Anyway, they both had goals to build each other up, but make no mistake about it, he loved Anna. He wouldn't have been able to make a masterpiece like Here, My Dear or Vulnerable if he didn't. AND, HE would've filed for divorce and not stretched it out for 2+ years.
Marvin was so entertaining to watch even when he's dancing xD there will never be another one like him.

I love Marvin Gaye all my life 💕😂😍
Even this white girl! ✌️✌️✌️

Whenever Marvin speaks in any interview. You get the impression. He is in his own head.Deeply introspective and supremely self absorbed.
Berry Gordy had his hands full with these artists. 🤣God bless him

😂
You just mad like Kim Weston's jealous ass. 😜 A few of these pics don't do her justice. In other pics and videos, she's gorgeous. She aged well too.

When was this interview please, could someone tell me thanks.
Chile after reading Jan Gaye book, whew Chile... Marvin was crazy as hell!!!!
smdh.....it was the family demons.....well, part of it was...the other part was just him being an Aries...
Just read it he was freaky treated jan bad!
Ladies there are 2 sides to every story, and then the truth. And Jane Gaye should have been in school instead of going with a married older man.
FACTS!!!!

Marvin indeed you treated women always good ......... Toymiko
Toymiko he was terrible to women
@@christophervaughan2637 it's true he never really got along with woman. Perhaps it was his upbringing.
