I recommend against owning property in Michigan. The taxes and politics are causing and exodus and property values are declining, while taxes continue to rise. I'm selling my MI property, and going to someplace more tax friendly and free.
I’m from Brown City, There’s hundreds of abandons properties around, Brown City once held the record for the most unemployed population.
