I so wish they have stuck with the original Logo, which they presented to the International Olympic Committee in there bid to host the summer Olympics. The logo was an Angel in fight with the Olympic rings. It was so beautiful & so appropriate for LA, since this city was named by the Spanish as the "City of Angeles".

The question is how will the committee keep the world from being harassed, annoyed, and invaded by Skid Row and los Angeles county homelessness?

To see how it should be done, look at the London 2012 Olympics.
    For the opening ceremony:
Get an experienced Director who knows what they’re doing.
Film it in the arena - it’s the most efficient way of doing it.
Make the most of this global tourism opportunity so that people visit LA & the rest of the USA. It’s the number one priority.
For the whole games, make it about the sport and the athletes. Get issues around the athletes’ transportation sorted. In Atlanta 1996, there were not enough volunteers to be bus drivers & coordinate transport and there was a lack of communication between the volunteers (who came over all over the USA and didn’t know where they were going) & the police who closed down their routes due to congestion. This resulted in athletes being late for heats. Transportation and security will be a major issue.
    Good luck!

You talked about building athletic facilities. Which we have plenty already to cover the Olympics. What was completely left out, was modes of transportation, traffic congestion, public safety, and terrorism.
Hey... Were back to a cold war. We've subsided from international terrorism (but there maybe potential), safety due to changing demographic and UN-housed. That should be addressed.

I take it you didn't watch the video. Those answers were to the questions posed. Blaming someone for taking drugs. Doesn't answer for your low IQ and comprehension to formulate or processes connecting dots in your brain. You must be a drop out. Please don't get into grown up's conversations. If you're not smart enough!!!

They are telling the truth, LA is a trashy dump. Drug dealers on every corner, homeless people all in the streets, urinating and feces on the sidewalks. Trash all on the streets. The whole place is disgusting, and no one wants to go there ,for fear they get robbed or attacked by drugged out criminals, whom never get charged for anything. Just thrown back to the streets.

Because Gaven Newsome wants some of the massive money that will be spent on this. Never mind that the city is overrun with drugged it homeless people and dealers on every corner. Or that all of that is just a couple blocks away . The criminals will be running rampant during all of this going on. Of course thy will claim " we tried to have plenty of safety " it'll be a s**t show that's for sure. Not to mention smell like urine and feces all over that dump.
