Download this. This is the pes universe file. Download this file and make a folder named WEPES and put the option file in it. Then extract the folder to your usb drive on fat32 format using a .rar extractor

@@sophiaquinn7131 it should be on your Downloads folder and depending what program your using. Windows its on Downloads folder. The main folder that you download will be named PESVICIOBAR something like that. You need to unZIp that folder.

After download is complete, click on open file with winzip. It will extract the files into a WEPES folder. Transfer these folder into ur fat32 USB without tampering with anything and follow the instructions on the video. Enjoy ur PES with real kits. I hope this helps. The most important thing is to download the free version of winzip because that's what u need to extract the files
The reason some people can't download the data is because you need to download the WinZip file for your PC if you don't have anything like that already on there. Then download pesvicobr... Once downloaded right click the file and unzip with WinZip. Make sure you USB is in the right format and transfer the data to your USB. The rest should be as the video.
You need to go through the import tutorial first. If you didn’t do the import tutorial, it doesn’t recognize the file and it doesn’t work. Try it and let me know!
Also, you need to extract the WEPES folder from the PESVICIOBR OF PES 2020 V1, and put it in the USB. The first folder in the USB needs to be named WEPES. Don’t directly copy the folder PESVICIOBR

Darul xd yeah also make sure you don’t edit the file at all. I did it on MacBook. What I had to do was extract it to the fat32 usb. Then drag it into the usb.
YIGames the actual problem is that my ps4 doesn’t read the external drive. Even if I did something wrong with the file, I won’t know because I’m not getting past the point of my ps4 reading the drive ;’D

Georgie Oldie hey so what I think he forgets to mention is that you have to download an extension for your internet explorer. It’s called winrar. So for you to install, you first go to google search and then search “winrar download” so once you download the extension you then proceed to re download the files. Sorry if my explanation isn’t the best but I hope it helps
@@tofu6211 okay, so i figured it out. The way it worked for me was, I manually created and named the folder WEPES inside the SD card. Then I just extracted the zip files into that folder. Hopefully it works for you
@@tofu6211 but you didn't copy the actual folder WEPES into the the folder you created right? Just make sure you extract and copy just the stuff inside the folder WEPES, and not the folder itself....if that makes sense. If it's not that, I hope someone else can help you out.
played PES until 2013, when I bought aPS4 I changed to Fifa and played it from FIFA 15 till FIFA 19. I thought of changing this year and with PES 2020 being 15£ I bought It yesterday. I have to say I am really enjoying it.

After 2 hours I made it! FOR FIRST TIME just go to Import Team and open tutorial document and follow instructions (it is kinda tutorial). After this "tutorial" go back to Import Team and you will see your USB!!!

I had a same issue, when you extracted that folder it created a pes folder and in the pes folder it has wepes folder... copy wepes folder and paste it where pes folder is... then delete pes folder Try now it should work
I’m not sure if this happens on pes 2020 but it does on pes 2019, I downloaded the files and most worked but a few teams couldn’t be updated or their kits couldn’t change

Well, it was really stupid... Pes always showed me that tutorial instead of my files and i didnt know, that i have to go through that tutorial to make my files appear. It should have been said in the video tho.
I’ve downloaded the file from the link, moved it to my USB in a folder named WEPES, tried deleting the edit data, but when I go to the import export screen, it makes me do a tutorial. When I go to import teams, I go to USB and it says no team data available. Any suggestions?
I figured it out. Once you’ve downloaded the files, when you right click on them, it should give you the option to “unzip” the files on your computer. Once this is done, and you have it in the WEPES folder, it should show up in the game when you select the USB.

1. You can use any USB. 2. Click format on your USB screen and select fat32. It is probably set as a default setting. 3. Insert USB into PS4 and follow the instructions.
Are you able to explain how you did it because you've said "simple and easy" but i am having no end of issues trying to install this.... The file from the link he gives has 1 (ONE) file in it. but when i watch the video, there are multiple files that he imports. I do not have any option to export the files, the option just simply isnt there.
Fixed it guys, I didn't have an extractor program on my pc, so I downloaded winrar, extracted the file into my USB drive and then it worked. The guide says to format your USB drive to FAT32, but this did not work for me, I tried the different formatting options and one of them worked. Happy days. I now have the fill licensed teams and leagues. Now its time to get used to PES after playing fifa for 17/18 years.
PES is the king. I love how they make it so easy to edit everything. Even in the old games like PES 6, without online support I still created custom "real life" logos and jerseys in their logo editor, even Puma, Adidas and Nike logos, all on my PS2 Konami makes such great games. Fuck EA.
For those that are struggling with importing the data due to the file not showing up on the screen, I have found the solution. You will need to unzip the files by using an unzipping software. I have used a software called expresszip. You can simply download the app online for free. Once installed you will need to open the app and it will give you a screen where you can drag the patch file into the app and it will have an extract option. Extract the file, once you've extracted, your file will be renamed WEPES automatically. This files will have folders of the different leagues with all teams in it. Simply put that folder onto your USB, insert your USB to your PS4 and it should work from there :)

You need to make sure that the WEPES folder is not in Any other folder

Well, it was really stupid... Pes always showed me that tutorial instead of my files and i didnt know, that i have to go through that tutorial to make my files appear. It should have been said in the video tho.

I’ve downloaded the file from the link, moved it to my USB in a folder named WEPES, tried deleting the edit data, but when I go to the import export screen, it makes me do a tutorial. When I go to import teams, I go to USB and it says no team data available. Any suggestions?

I figured it out. Once you’ve downloaded the files, when you right click on them, it should give you the option to “unzip” the files on your computer. Once this is done, and you have it in the WEPES folder, it should show up in the game when you select the USB.

No need to create any new WEPES folder. Just unzip all the files you have in the previously made WEPES folder.

Hey Im new on patching first time Im trying to patch a game, I have some questions, mind answernig me them? First one is, could I have like any type of USB? Second one is, how do i get the file system to be fat32, or is it automaticly selected by the usb or something? Third one is, what am i supposed to do with the usb later? 1. You can use any USB. 2. Click format on your USB screen and select fat32. It is probably set as a default setting. 3. Insert USB into PS4 and follow the instructions.

Are you able to explain how you did it because you've said "simple and easy" but i am having no end of issues trying to install this.... The file from the link he gives has 1 (ONE) file in it. but when i watch the video, there are multiple files that he imports. I do not have any option to export the files, the option just simply isnt there.

Fixed it guys, I didn't have an extractor program on my pc, so I downloaded winrar, extracted the file into my USB drive and then it worked. The guide says to format your USB drive to FAT32, but this did not work for me, I tried the different formatting options and one of them worked. Happy days. I now have the fill licensed teams and leagues. Now its time to get used to PES after playing fifa for 17/18 years.

PES is the king. I love how they make it so easy to edit everything. Even in the old games like PES 6, without online support I still created custom "real life" logos and jerseys in their logo editor, even Puma, Adidas and Nike logos, all on my PS2 Konami makes such great games. Fuck EA.
Have both. You can fuck EA as much as you want, but they have the licenses, and spare you the trouble of having to install a bunch of shit.

For those that are struggling with importing the data due to the file not showing up on the screen, I have found the solution.
You will need to unzip the files by using an unzipping software. I have used a software called expresszip. You can simply download the app online for free. Once installed you will need to open the app and it will give you a screen where you can drag the patch file into the app and it will have an extract option. Extract the file, once you've extracted, your file will be renamed WEPES automatically. This files will have folders of the different leagues with all teams in it. Simply put that folder onto your USB, insert your USB to your PS4 and it should work from there :)

One thing that i have noticed that helped me out is that i had to open each league , extract it individually, send it to my usb and then it works.
I struggled a bit at first but it worked in the end, just had some issues with the game saying some of the files cannot be imported or don't exist
