This week we play over Cmaj7 starting on the and of the 1st beat ascends to the 6th(A), which emphasize the 6th (C6) and makes an enclosure to the Tonic (B D B), emphasizing the Tonic.
Remember:
Do your homework.
NO OPEN STRINGS! - sing along (externally or internally) EVERYTHING you play!
Explore the guitar neck for all possible fingerings.
Play the chords shapes before and after any scale/arppegio.This is a great ear training!
Complex sounds are a combination of simple sounds together.
