I suffer from depression, panic, and anxiety. I want to let you know that these videos help me and I greatly appreciate. I hope one day to get a nice bike and do something like this! Keep up the gnarly work!
I saw someone else's video of bike touring in Idaho. It mentioned the hot springs, but never showed any and I asked why? The videographer/bike tourist said they were too busy to stop. What is the point then of touring anywhere if you don't stop to see things?
Yea but the USA is a huge country and unless you live in a Mountain town it takes a lot of time and effort to get to a good trail. And the majority of USA is flat.
I remember biking this trail system 2 years ago in mid August and just as we got to the top we saw this huge smoke plume from a fire in the canyon below. There were helicopters pulling water out of the rogue river and dumping it on the fire that was about a quarter mile away from us. We made the instant decision to book it down to avoid getting stuck in the flames.. good thing because right as we got to the bottom a huge airtanker flew over the top of the mountain and dropped a huge load of fire retardant on the fire. Definitely glad the trails were in such good shape that we could rip down them fast and get out of danger. I havent been back since but glad to see the Medford bike community is thriving! Keep up the good vids
Glad to so Sarah on the trial with ya! I’m from Michigan got to see the Beautiful state of Oregon for four months while visiting my dad, never got to go back He moved pretty sad!
Brian I enjoy your videos as much as I enjoy riding my own bike rides. Also you inspired me to quit the job and start creating my own content. Loved joining you on this epic shred, thank you for the adventure and advice. It would be cool to join you if ever get back to the UK. In the meantime if you need cologne advice you know where to come. See you on the trail - Chris.
You’ll have to come back up to Oregon and ride. So many great places to ride you haven’t been to yet. Oakridge, Bend, Alsea Falls, Black Rock, Catamount, Sandy Ridge, and Post Canyon... also Ashland if you haven’t been there yet. I’d be happy to share more details on any of these locations and the best trails to check out.
I lived in Oregon for a summer w an internship at Columbia sportswear, coming from Michigan i had never heard of not being allowed to pump your own gas, and i got an earful the first time I went to gas up 😂
I live in South Africa and not pumping your own gas is part of life. Even if you wanted to you cannot pump it. Here it is called job creation and has been so for generations.
Here in Vermont we just got a big grant to start a single track mtn bike trail the length of Vermont called the velomont trail. We started with a shovel ready 10 miles of trail starting in the spring. Great things happening in the 802.
I want to Thank you for putting in all your will Time and Effort on bringing us thru all of the United States on Mountain biking trails, hope you can get to Hawaii, it’s nice to see Sarah back, thanks
It's too bad that you hit Oregon so late in the year :(. Someday make sure to hit the Bend, Oakridge, and Mt Hood areas, and the hidden gem of southern Oregon: Spence Mountain. Glad to see you got to ride Southern Oregon though!
Brian(bkxc) Seth(berm peak) and Alex(single tracksampler) Are simply the Best mtb none professionels on TH-cam, so funny and so much(really good information) they Are coming with, keep it coming Guys. 👍👍😃
Hopefully the border opens soon.....not looking promising though lol.....super bummed, this year was supposed to be my Canada tour....Squamish, the Shore and Whistler...but noooo... : ( lol
Hey Brian, Thanks for all the videos this year.man Organ is awesome. Can't wait until you come up with ride love your videos. Ps I now live in Tennessee came from Santa Rosa & road in Andale park
Another great one, Brian, thanks! Hey, hit me up if you ever want to check out some new dirt around Santa Cruz. I'm recently retired, so I'm always ready for a tour.
When you come back to Oregon, you need to ride some of the trails in Willamette Valley and Northern Oregon!! Oakridge is an entire city dedicated to mountain biking and has endless, worldclass singletrack. Sandy Ridge and Post Canyon up by Mt. Hood are both just as amazing and are perfect trail systems. Can you tell I'm from Oregon? Lol
Its funny that you went to Washington and Oregon and managed to find trail systems that are almost exactly like the majority of trails in California, exposed, dusty straight traverse to hairpin, repeat. Its great that people made those trails happen, but what makes the PNW special and UNIQUE, are the loamy serpentine trails within giant cathedrals of trees under green canopies that keep the soil rich and ripping.
Awesome run! I just moved away from the Rogue Valley and already miss that trail system. Next time, hit up Timewarp early in the season when it doesnt rattle your teeth loose!
Oregon looks like America's version of Wales or Devon, but drier and even more spectacular. Every time I see Oregon it looks like somewhere I wanna go, maybe live.
I suffer from depression, panic, and anxiety. I want to let you know that these videos help me and I greatly appreciate. I hope one day to get a nice bike and do something like this!

Hey bro i hope you’re reading this and find some peace through your struggle
Good to see Sarah again.....and love the extra non biking footage👌🏼

You missed so much in Oregon. Great trails in bend. And pumping gas is a big job position. They do us a great service.
You'll have to check out the Post Canyon Trail system in Hood River, next time you are in Oregon.
I agree, those trails are awesome!
Americans are so lucky to have so many mountains and elevation (then trails system) all over the country, you just can't imagine !
I agree!! In Brazil this trail system is starting now, I hope that be like in US!!
Yea but the USA is a huge country and unless you live in a Mountain town it takes a lot of time and effort to get to a good trail. And the majority of USA is flat.
Mountain of the Rogue is such a rad trail system. I had a blast riding there last year and can’t wait to get back.

You need to do Bend, oakridge, Alsea falls and black rock..
Mt. Ashland has some great riding as well.
Skip Alsea and go north to Cold Creek, or hood river
Lots o trails
@@shawnrobinson107 hood river forsure. Too many trails too little time.

I'm irrationally proud of the fact that it was my state that made Brian crash for the first time in a while.
Dude 🤣
Wow some beautiful trails out there! I need to find some more smooth flow trails in my area

Dude, those trails are unbelievably rad! Nice work talking about trail work and advocacy in a way that demystifies it for the rest of us.
Awesome, takes me back to 2016, through hiking the PCT which went past Crater Lake
How many times have I driven through Rogue River and not realized I was missing this trail system. Next time I'll stop for a day or two.
Oregon and Sarah in a one-two treat! We mountain bikers in Oregon sure are spoiled with amazing places to ride! Thanks Brian, great video!

AAAAHHHHHHH .. YA MISSED ALL THE TRAILS AROUND BEND OREGON !!!!!!!!! YET THESE ARE GREAT TOO !!
I have been waiting for this! Thanks for visiting man and putting MOTR on the map.
Wooo woop! MOTR is my go-to local riding spot. Nick and everyone else involved has totally killed it with the development of that trail system.
What an amazing journey you've had so far. Makes me want to bring a bike with me every time I have to travel for work.

Wow, that crater lake looked amazing! Hopefully one day I will get to visit the US
It’s the deepest lake in North America and gets about 10 meters of snow each year!
I’ve been watching all your videos and I’m such a big fan, and a bit jealous too.
Aww, one of the Mrs. and I's first dating road trips - Crater Lake and down to the Redwoods. Good times
I lived in oregon for about 3 months and not having to get out of my car to pump gas is one the only things I miss lol
Move to NJ, we don't pump gas here
I learned about the no pumping your own gas law back in 1998. Haven’t been back.... Love your content!

Do me a favor say hi to Sarah for me. Wooohoo good to see you 2 guys back together making these videos.
Worst poison oak I ever got into was in Ashland racing Spring Thaw.
Might as well of stayed in Cali. Ashland area is awesome no doubt but the real PNW classic Oregon trails have such great riding and views!
nice ride sir.
I'd say this has been one of my favorite trail systems in the series.
These are my home trails. I can't believe I missed you! Definitely good stuff at MOTR.
