- It's supposed to be Meat Grinder, but only Keno Töpfer, Malte Karnatz and Смалий Всеволод came to fight. So we fought 2 vs 2. Fight was very fun, because we had tight space and big weight difference. Anyway luck this time was on our side. Thank you guys for taking a part in that and for a good fight! Can't wait to see you on the list again!

Если я ничего не путаю, то комитет HMBIA этим занимается и они не любят допускать к боям неисторичные шмотки(они вроде даже защиту задней части бедра не допускают, несмотря на травмоопасность), а у средневековых лыцарев жопу закрывали только брэ, шоссы и боевая кобыла.

It is not spring steel, it is tempered and quite thick; and the helmets 3mm of tempered steel in the spots people like to strike. I bet you could dent the spring steel though, I'd bet money on it.

This is more grabbing, pushing, shoving than actually swinging weapons and blocking.
Most battles between folks armored in plate will result in grappling. Historically, it would usually end with a dagger going into whoever was on the bottom after the grappling.
The point is to bring the opponent down on the ground , weapons help with dazing the opponent nothing more.

No they pushed shoved and wrestled .
There's a story in my country about a knight and a Turkish commander or smth going on a duel , first they shot each other with flint pistols , then they rushed each other and broke their spears against each other , then they pulled out maces and broke them too , then they pulled out swords and broke them too in the end they both pulled out knives and wrestled on the group , the Turkish basal had 3 hearts so the knight managed to kill him after a long exhausting duel. I believe the story is just called Marko Kraljevic and Musa Kesedzija

There is no point to use weapons when you are wearing armor. You can take the hits, no matter how good the other guy's weapon is. Even shields are used more to punch than to defend.

You shouldn't be allowed to grapple only fall after you can't handle the beating any more.
Yeah. In a real battle where these 2 giants would be handed massive weapons they would have just crushed them with their power and weight. But in a fight where its literally about stamina, for sure dwarfs win. Lesser muscle mass, harter to hit, faster, sure they win by this conditions.

Great, get in the ring and you can be world champion.... But I suspect maybe not.
