NSixtyFour people have insecurities dumbass, cosmetic surgery is a way that people can fix them and not feel embarrassed about their physical appearance. There is nothing wrong with it.
Bryan Howard they are insecure because of evil shows like this and the media preying on weak minded people. These shows are all propagated by the same people who sell make up and "beauty" magazines. You are a blind fool if you cannot see that. The lady in this video probably has a prosthetic nose on for the show. 1. These doctors talking here are just in it for the money, and making sure people are insecure helps 2. This lady had plastic surgery on her cheeks and under her chin too. So this bitch has $ and cares about looks. Of all the stuff they worked on, her nose looked completely fake. So yeah completely overhaul her face and take off the fake as fuck nose and it looks like a happy ending. Gee let me alter my completely god given identity so i can not disturb people with my extreme hideousness. My jaw is not masculine enough so lets just get that fixed and then i can make everyone else feel like their chin isnt good enough. Its all just marketing for these sick bastards.
JustPlayHigh she can still do what she wants regardless of a condition or not. If you feel like it makes you feel better then do it. She didn't have a serious condition with her nose. She could have gone her whole life not caring what people think.
@@citytrees1752 yes, I was going to say I don't think just laser treatment and other things but no surgery would result in different looking nostrils. I'm not educated on all this stuff but surely surgery had to be involved for that result.
@@citytrees1752 I have since looked up the procedure of CO2 ablation lazer resurfacing on the nose due to enlargement from rosacea and the laser resurfacing alone is indeed able to smooth the surface as shown here. On TH-cam there are other dramatic results as shown here. The Dr. did not perform traditional surgery on the woman. Laser resurfacing can sometimes be referred to as laser surgery so that is why the title says this.
@xoxo xxnx You should never want to die because of a cosmetic problem. Look on TH-cam and watch stories of people whose skin is insideout and want to live. Watch video of people that have lost their entire nose to cancer or the lady that lost her face to a chimpanzee attack. There are many other suffering too. I think that even if your nose is very bad you should not give up. You have life and that is the main thing. Women don't just care about looks but if you focus on your looks they will too. So you have a home to provide for a family? Can you find a wife in a different area? Can you save up to get some treatment on your nose? Can you leave you city, town, state, country or go elsewhere for a new start? You didn't provide any details but the fact that you are on TH-cam lets me know thar you are financially better off than someone people in this world that still cannot get a cellphone or have access to internet. You have options already that others do not. Think more positive.
@xoxo xhuvon find a poor wife from another country where it is ver bad. She may look past your nose. I think that this problem is more in your head than from other people because some people are very ugly but they are able to get a partner somehow with their other qualities. You just need to meet one woman that will accept you. Maybe your community is very judgmental I dunno but if so just try to get away from there. Meet another ugly girl if you don't mind it.
This is what makeup and plastic surgery is really for, it's about letting people feel more confident and happy in their bodies which is a good thing. Your appearances shouldn't define your happiness. I'm glad she's so much happier now 😊
you dont get to define what plastic surgery is for, people all use it to make themselves happier, its their own choice wether you like it or not, stop sticking your opinion upon everyones ass and let people do what they want to do
This situation I approve, but most cosmetic surgery is pointless. I know a lot of people that should first have surgery on their brains and love themselves than have cookie-cut noses and balloons on their chests. I have an unhealthy prejudice for vacuous people, and this is almost always a sign that they are shallow, sad people with nothing lasting but fading looks and self-steam. I approve of any procedure that is necessary, but gratuitous butchery is a no no.
gladly people dont live to get your approval, its sad that you judge people based on if they do or dont adjust their appearance without even having the slightest sense of context of why they do it, it just makes you the sad, shallow, superficial, damaged person stuck with your own suffering and now projecting it on people that did nothing to you and owe you no explanation at all. Keep your approval and no-noes to yourself, you are not the pope and nobody asked for your christian advice.
I know I am in the wrong. It just saddens me that the surgeons don’t ask first if the problem with someone is not their appearance but their mental health. I loved Big Ang in Mom Wives, and Joan Rivers, but I can’t pinpoint exactly when I started to see plastic surgery as evil, maybe when in my childhood one of our greatest singers was maimed with liposuction, or another died on the operating room. My Mom had surgery when she was little on her feet because the littlest toes were on top, but she said she didn’t mind, and that everyone is beautiful by their actions not their looks. My Grandma is old and pretty, fat, with a double chin, and wrinkles, but she smiles as if she were still the prettiest girl in the neighbourhood. I only ever saw plastic surgery on the people that needed in documentaries, or on really shallow people, that saw age as a crime, or particular noses as not pretty in my hometown, and it was also a sign of classism and discrimination. I have no prejudice for the obese, or different races or cultures, nor the poor or rich, atheists, or religious, almost not in any circumstance but on this, because it was ingrained in me, and I just need to learn to love this people. I would date a trans person, someone without a feet, someone without an eye, as long as I fancy them, but someone with plastic, unnecessary surgery still think a horrible thought at the back of my head, if they have not love themselves as they are, would they love someone else? I was enraged when my flat chested cousin, the prettiest girl there is!!! was being peer-pressured into thinking on the possibility of surgery, I judged very hardly their friends, who are truly vacuous, all about appearances and few things wholesome, but I know I shouldn’t, and I feel bad.
I think the real problem is the urge to think black or white, you want it to be good or bad, that leaves you conflicted. You gotta think in color. On top of that you are comparing it to a different time period where it was really uncommon to get plastic surgery, nowadays its a really a common thing to get your nose or boobs done if you dont have any and there is no reason to shame anyone for that. In the news and media you only hear the crazy stories while most of the time you get a really normal result. You get confronted with your face and boobs a lot as a woman, not just by men but even more by fashion when you go shopping, to have things fit you well while shopping is the main reason why women do it. And you should really know this: it makes people truly happier about themselves, studies have shown it even makes them happier than therapy could ever do. So i dont see a reason why you would hate on your flat chested niece as she already endured a lot of nondeserved judgement from society for being flat in the first place, its not her fault. Its always better to solve the problem and stop stressing, because stress can cause a numerous amount of diseases. And trans people do the most plastic surgery, they are even the least accepting towards themselves. But that doesnt mean they dont respect themselves or love themselves, you cant just judge that based on what they do to their appearance because loving yourself is purely dependent having the correct standards that are ingrained in their personality (not lying, being loyal, following your standards, being around good people, not hurting others, believing in what is the right thing to do, taking care of your soul= loving yourself). Plastic surgery is just as 'bad' as getting bracers on your teeth. You should really look up what it means to love yourself, because it really has nothing to do with plastic surgery or looks even. If you are ugly and are forcing yourself to think you are not then you are just lying to yourself while you are still exposing yourself to the stress that it comes with. Some people really dont mind to be ugly, thats amazing for them, but some people really do and its better for them to solve the problem, it has to do with how good their childhood was, its not their fault. But you seem young so dont beat yourself up for it, just learn new things and you will understand everything better.
This doctor or dermatologist is really really good! She took care of the things bothering this woman, the nose and the skin and yes, she looks different, but not lifted of altered like many do after surgery. She refined this womans look that she already had, but lost due to the illness. This is how it should be done imo, very natural!👏👌
This is one of the rare cases where I actually agree with the decision to do plastic surgery. Edit: Hey people, it's just a simple "I agree/do not agree" response, it's called a personal opinion.
I know how she feels. I had a nose job, and it’s really changed my life. People used to look at me as an alien or something, and not being friendly with me. After my nose job i see everyone respectful to me, and being very kind. I think people are really mean and cruel. People must treat everyone kindly no matter how the person looks.

She didn't have plastic surgery. She was treated with lasers and fillers. The dr. is a dermatologist and not a plastic surgeon, and the patient was being treated for an extreme case of rosacea and acne scarring.
It's amazing that she didn't just go automatically to a plastic surgeon to have the nose shrunk and re-sized. She went to a dermatologist who pinned down the source of the nose growing, put her on medications to stop the growth, and dealt with a million more skin issues that had to do with the nose getting that way in the first place. This is truly amazing.
maybe insurance. treating the problem is one thing. but a cosmetic procedure is another. I'll bet her insurance said no to fixing it . I also agree, it is amazing.
@@lisaschuler2824 If you READ my post I was absolutely 100% sure to use the word MAYBE. because; I have had EXPERIENCE with this sort of thing ON MYSELF. MY INSURANCE would not COVER a tumor on my salivary gland that made one side of my face bulge out because it was considered a COSMETIC procedure.
@@TheSnuffda it’s sad that a tumor, even if it’s benign, is considered a cosmetic procedure. To me, anything abnormal growing in your body is a medical procedure. Sure, it’s not life-saving like it is with cancer treatments, but, golly, it can impact someone’s life forever! Insurance is so useless sometimes.
This is great but, unfortunately most doctors won't do this free, nor will insurance cover because it's not life threatening. They consider it cosmetic only but, as you can see, it is life threatening. Our mental health is just as important as physical and these effect us mentally as well as physically.
Kate Ingram I really don't care about such things with people whom I will never meet. For you to correct someone you don't know really shows how you present your own self but I did so just for you.
I didn't suggest her nose looked good before. I'm merely pointing out the fact the doctor said he barely recognized her because she looks so great. Which begs the question: What if he did recognize her? How would he describe her? His compliment is like almost like a back-handed compliment. I'm sure he meant well and there wasn't any maliciousness. It's just an interesting sentence he used which maybe be a little more telling than he perhaps realizes. He's basically saying her nose defined her, which may or may not be true, but it's not something you need to tell someone. She also isn't just a nose. She has eyes and hair and a face. So if he said "you looked great before but look much better now" you can attributed the "looking great before" to her other better attributes like hair or eyes but now the nose job makes her look better. I guess it's just trying to be respectful and nice to a person.
OR, Dr. Stork COULD have said, "Wow, I almost didn't recognize you because you look so different than the last time I saw you!" . That would have been acceptable too. 😀
Mister Pink ...what you wrote here is a signal of a bigger issue. It is the instant attachment to a slightly less than perfect political correctness of an honest statement. It is clear..to all..that this person is also eyes..mouth..ears and hair...not a single person needs to remind anyone of that. The simple fact is that the feature...was the dramatic surgical / treatment intervention. It is very clear that nobody dehumanized her before the treatment..or after the treatment...and the policing of precise expressions of surprise..or evaluation of a procedure in measure to the “humanity..and dignity” of the person who is the recipient of the treatment...is not necessary..not welcome..and seems to use political correctness as a weapon..to simply show how much more others have to evolve before they become the enlightened purveyor of these shaming sentiments... ...it is you that needs to take a deep..deep look in the mirror and ask yourself what is causing you to make others feel ugly about their sincere expressions of human curiosity and genuine surprise....in the form of happiness for someone who went through a tough time and is now again happy....thats the only story here...nothing else...
I have this. I can’t find help in my area. The dermatologist said it was so rare for a lady to have it this young. Typically an older mans condition. I have cried , hid, been so embarrassed, missed opportunities because of this. Worse been the brunt of bad jokes and stares. I am thankful to know I am not the only one and there is hope.
I'm not giving medical advice, just offering information for you to RESEARCH if you want to. Inflammation may have something to do with this, it usually is involved with diseases. So find out how you can reduce inflammation, foods you eat, stop smoking if you do, stop drinking liquor, always get plenty of sleep, reduce stress, take nutritional supplements, etc. I think I've heard that some of the people following the carnivore diet have resolved their rosacea (the less severe form, but you have to start somewhere). Dr. Shawn Baker shares videos of people's testimonials. Best of luck to you.
This would require a lot of effort on your part, but you wouldn't have to find a doctor and spend lots of money on medical treatment. Consider it another option, you still have the option of medical treatment if you decide later.
She looks amazing, and I'm so happy for her. Nice to see that she was given treatment for the related skin thickening/acne/rosacea issues affecting the rest of her face. There was obviously more going on than just the nose, and she deserved to have it all treated and have her true self revealed =)
+Dowell Dowell....Exactly. Does it make a difference as to what the title says - No. What makes a difference and that is of most importance, is the absolute dramatic appearance in this woman's face. I am so very happy for her. She was almost unrecognizable!!!!. She has a new lease on life.
+Ray Me....This woman looks amazingly beautiful compared to her past looks. Her nostrils may be just a bit "flared", however, her looks are DRAMAAAATICALLY improved. She absolutely loves her new looks and this is all that is important.
it is because people look down on you because they don't know the skin condition and people suffers bullying and they can get psychologically affected to start avoiding going in public which deters their whole life
The show format is super cringy. Nothing against her. That's my guess, because everyone making television and a spectacle out of her medical condition feels really gross. People shouldn't have to put their suffering on TV for an audience wanting to see a circus of deformed freaks in order to get medical help they can afford. What's wrong with our country... smh.
I wish I could afford plastic surgery... I was bullied for most of my school live because of my nose and now I'm so self aware that I dread going outside. She's lucky she got it for free.
Well, just save some money over the years. I mean, people usually save money for things like cars etc. If people can manage to invest in a car by saving money for years, you can save money to invest in yourself
Spoiler: After you fix your nose, kids will just find another thing to bully you about. Bullying isn't about your flaws, it's about the flaw of the bully.
@@SL-lz9jr yeah, the word ''because'' was unnecessary. ''I barely recognized you. You look GREAT!'' would have worked better but he didn't mean it that way I'm sure..
What is the point in lying? She looked bad before through no fault of her own. Her skin literally swelled into disfigurement. I am sure she knows it looked bad.
@TomCasey ..that's a good point, but the "I barely recognize you" part is already a bit unnecessary, and the "because" part just adds more salt. In short, a simple "You look great!" wouldve been best. This woman knows how she looked before and doesnt need to be reminded. It's just a small suggestion for a doctor who's obviously an intelligent and caring individual.
Life-Changing Changed Her Life??? Ya dont say?!?!!? BUT WOWOWWWWWW she looks amazing! I mean she is extremely attractive. Rosacea sucks by itself but for her it was worse. She looks great!! Well done!!!!!!

I'm a very healthy 66 year old woman and throughout my life I've had acme which now have turned into ice pick scars all over my face. I was always shy but this made it impossible to look anyone in the eye when I spoke. I know I my heart this has held me back in so many ways. Throughout my life I went to a lot of Dermatologists and they gave me creams and after awhile they started referring me to laser doctors but it was all to expensive for me. I understand how the lady on the show felt. It makes you so uncomfortable and kids can be very cruel. I retired 4 years ago and feel like am in a prison but I socialize with family. It looks like the Doctor really did a great job and am so sure it changed the lady's life. I know it would change my life forever. I still hold out hope
If you live near a medical school, you might be able to access low cost treatments by students supervised by an experienced plastic surgeon. I appreciate how painful this has been for you and hope you do get the treatment you would want. keep asking questions about how to get the treatment at a reasonable cost, you never know who may have the answer.
Before she got her treatment you could almost see the sorrow and what she has been through by just looking at her face. Now she’ seems confident and happy. Nice job. This is great
Imagine if she was live in the past. People will be calling her witch, calling names and throwing things at her for the rest of her life. Can we just be thankful for living in the modern and advanced world.
The lady had plastic surgery done to her chin and neck too, which they don't mention. Just compare the before and after photos at 2:22 . What bothers me about that is that they're giving viewers the false impression that the lady's improved looks were just the result of Accutane, collagen injections, and laser treatment to her nose. In reality, she had additional plastic surgery that cost probably at least $5000. Why does that bother me? Because it might give some people, with similar medical conditions, false hope. They might get the impression that all they need to do is see a dermatologist to get this lady's results. However, they might be very disappointed to learn they'll have to find thousands of dollars to see a plastic surgeon too. Basically, someone who looks like this lady (before, not after) is screwed unless they have $10,000+ for all the necessary treatment.
Looks like she got a fat reduction. Dunno though they said the laser helped tighten the skin. Maybe the doctor used it on her neck too? Whatever she did wasn’t a surgical procedure to her bone structure, just less fat. Maybe she worked out and started taking better care of herself once she started to get the laser on her nose?

These shows are all propagated by the same people who sell make up and "beauty" magazines. You are a blind fool if you cannot see that.
The lady in this video probably has a prosthetic nose on for the show.
1. These doctors talking here are just in it for the money, and making sure people are insecure helps

She literally looks like a different person. I'm happy for her
Me too want to go for surgery....
Satyam Mishra Unless you've got a condition, don't do it. Be grateful for what you have!
JustPlayHigh she can still do what she wants regardless of a condition or not. If you feel like it makes you feel better then do it. She didn't have a serious condition with her nose. She could have gone her whole life not caring what people think.
I'm surprised that she did not even have any surgery. The results of the laser resurfacing and other treatments are amazing
She had surgery. The doctor just 'forgot' to mention it in the three steps she described. It says 'surgery' in the title of this video.

But you seem young so dont beat yourself up for it, just learn new things and you will understand everything better.

plastic surgery is for people who can't breathe from their nose, have lesions removed from their face, or conjoined twins healing from a separation.
only wealthy people concerned with vanity get plastic surgery for any other reason
She didn't have plastic surgery. She was treated with lasers and fillers. The dr. is a dermatologist and not a plastic surgeon, and the patient was being treated for an extreme case of rosacea and acne scarring.
What is a wild wooseok doing here?

It's amazing that she didn't just go automatically to a plastic surgeon to have the nose shrunk and re-sized. She went to a dermatologist who pinned down the source of the nose growing, put her on medications to stop the growth, and dealt with a million more skin issues that had to do with the nose getting that way in the first place. This is truly amazing.
maybe insurance. treating the problem is one thing. but a cosmetic procedure is another. I'll bet her insurance said no to fixing it . I also agree, it is amazing.
@@TheSnuffda It is not a cosmetic problem, it is an illness called rosacea and it can be painful as well as psychologically devastating.
@RoseMarie Hogan Bravo! Well expressed, a "genuine doctor" ... a rarity indeed.

"I barely recognize you because you look so great." Hate to think what he thought of her before.
#Gargoyles
He's a real smooth talker.

Imagine if she was live in the past. People will be calling her witch, calling names and throwing things at her for the rest of her life. Can we just be thankful for living in the modern and advanced world.
Grammatical Erorr it still happens though. Treatment is at times only for those that can afford it
Love your comment
We aren't that advanced.
Grammatical Erorr Is still happens nowadays though. It's not nice.
Jason Meadows okkk but how is her life your business?
Looks like she got a fat reduction. Dunno though they said the laser helped tighten the skin. Maybe the doctor used it on her neck too? Whatever she did wasn’t a surgical procedure to her bone structure, just less fat. Maybe she worked out and started taking better care of herself once she started to get the laser on her nose?
Is it really plastic surgery? I though they got rid of the acne and cyst that were on her face. And the tightened her skin.
The grand priest Yes anything cosmetically done is considered plastic surgery.
@@hughjass5125 plastic surgery is surgery that adds plastic or whatever to your body. What she had wasn't plastic surgery.
it's pretty rare you see a dramatic improvement that is that good and even rarer than that one that is actually meaningful and will change her life.
