I am an IT teacher in a secondary school in Ireland. I have looked at many, many videos on TH-cam from various people over the past few years. There are two people who stand out for me, yourself and a person called Kevin Stratvert. Both of you explain the topics so well, through both your wordings and what you are showing on screen. You fit so much useful information into all your videos. Thank you so much for taking the time to create all these superb pieces of work.

So when I make an assignment with a powerpoint attached so that students can edit their own copy, when they click on the link they can edit the powerpoint. BUT it won't let them submit their work until they click on add work and upload a file. Does this mean their actually supposed to download the powerpoint and save their work there, then reload it? If so, how is this different than if we set it so they can't edit. Presumably, they would have to just download, edit, save, and submit just the same.

I write this as at the moment I set tasks where the students edit documents stored on an allocated OneDrive space (i.e. for each student), but it would be nice to have a way of setting a task without having to save the lesson files in each students OneDrive folder beforehand. • @stephie7015

Peter Cook Jones My point exactly. There’s no provision for us to generate our own comments and reuse them as we deem fit, as is the case with google classroom. I have tens of comments saved in google classroom that I reuse frequently, but I can’t generate the same in TM teams.
