Thank you for creating this video. It's simple and it answered all the questions I had in the 20 second video duration. I hope this video stays active in the youtube algorithm for all to see.

I rolled mine up and put it in the washer with some unscented, dye-free detergent (I have allergies). Then I think I set it on top of something to air dry… I think. I did it once last year, so I can’t quite remember. I also am not sure if it actually got clean. That’s what I was here checking to find out🤷🏽‍♀️

I don't have a topper but my pillows are in memory and years ago I used one for a litter of puppies and they peed all over it so I washed it and the same thing happened, now I have my memory pillows on my bed and one of my dogs that used to sleep with me peed on them and also vomited, so I bought a new pair of memory pillows got the dog to sleep in his own bed, but before throwing away the old pillows I thought I had nothing to loose and washed one at a time in the washer, no dryer, I used only cold water and liquid soap, the pillows came out clean only a few little cracks here and there but were still in good shape I let them dry in the open air it took 1 week I wanted to be sure they were dry inside too because they did contain a lot of water. put the covers on and now I have 4 pillows on my bed. 2 new ones and 2 old ones that I washed, they smell good too because I also added unstoppable pearls in the wash

Get a mattress topper protector to protect unwashable topper

The proper way is to take it off your bed and put it on your floor preferably, get a vinegar+ rubbing alcohol solution and spray it evenly on your topper. Dont soak it. Just a little spritz to cover, immediately after, coat your mattress topper in baking soda so the liquid is absorbed by the baking soda, I'd wait an hour maybe then vacuum it off. Then get a fan and let the fan dry it or put it in the sun(that's more difficult and it might get dirty again so fan it is!) Then after its completely dry (I wouldn't use it for a day, I'd leave it to dry for a day or two NGL. Purchase a waterproof protector so next time you sweat or anything happens, you dont need to clean it since its protected. Dont spray it with febreze it'll make the sweat smell combined with such an overpowering smell... God I'd rather smell cow poop at that point its terrible.

@@nibbles4444yes, the proper way is never use too much water to make it seeping deep into inner layer, just use enough liquid for top layers cleaning
