Excellent barber! Highly recommend visiting Kim for a haircut. Maybe the best haircut I've had this whole haircut video journey.. There's a lot of good ones though. Prisy did a great job. Vero did a wonderful job. Zeltzin did an excellent job. and Dayana is why I was even in a position to visit those 4 barbers.. so have to show Dayana some love 100%

But I can. Just I’m trying to be in the wrong profesional being not very social. But oh well… I’m not trying to deliver pizza the rest of my life and these videos is opening up for me to switch up career paths someday. I do think if was to make videos daily year round. The haircut videos would be so much better. The being antisocial stuff would be a thing of the past. When I was doing videos almost daily on the same trip I visited Zeltzin on. I thought I was better then than a lot of my other haircut videos. But I can’t do this year round until I make at minimum $3k a month from this and the most I’ve made on TH-cam is $600. So I’m a long ways away.
@@ZackBackpackingAroundTheWorld what you're doing with making all these videos is great for overcoming being antisocial, Just keep grinding the videos and you will always grow too. Even if you never reach the full time goal which I'm sure in time you will you always get the passive / additional income just from recording your haircut.

You're right. I don't disagree one bit. But just a little disclaimer.. if you know me in real life. I'm very antisocial. I really keep to myself and that's that.. When I do travel I feel like I open up a little more, but nothing crazy.. obviously for these videos that might not cut it.. I don't know what caused me to be like this.. I want to say it was some ADHD medicine I took as a kid that messed me up. Because before that I was a pretty talkative kid.. Thanks for your comment

Couple things; 1) Don’t listen to everyone saying that you need to make more small talk. I, along with many others, appreciate the ASMR aspect of it and small talk conversations ruin that. 2) Great fade, but very amateur scissor work. Definitely not worth $40 USD.

By the end she was basically silent. Before the video it might be good to just say something like "hey i like recording the sounds it would be better to not talk unless we have to"

Kim isn’t a real barber? Even though she’s licensed to do this? And I think you mean you want me to visit the retro / classic barbershops. I want to do that as well, but I don’t think my camera setup is where I want it to be for those kind of videos. Trust me, once I get over 100k subs. I’ll look into investing in camera equipment that’ll provide a more professional video than the handheld GoPro.

I think both options are great service. It’s obvious they have to charge more here in the United States than in Mexico. Obviously if I had to choose between Kim in Memphis and Zeltzin in Guadalajara. I’m going for the $5 haircut. But they would never do that in the United States. And if you ever saw a place giving out $5 haircuts. Probably not going to be a good haircut.

You’re not wrong. I feel when I’m more active with making videos. The more social I am even with the haircuts. In this video I took almost a month off. Minus that road trip vlog I did. But that vlog really put me in any situations to not be so antisocial. I keep with the videos. If I do a video every single day of 2023 (just for example. There’s going to be a clear difference in how I am on January 1st and December 31st. And maybe 2023 isn’t going to be the year I do exactly that. But when I reach a full time income from this. Daily vlogs are happening. No question about it.
