However, you need to activate it's abilities manually, and it costs parasites to do it. So every time you use the mist ability. It costs you mist parasites, and to get more of those, you need to catch the skulls in that first part of the vid.

i know i'm years late to the party but you could have done it by replaying mission 6 where the bees sleep and extract 4 of the mist parasites in much less time and wasting much less GMP and resources. you just select the mission with combat armor or parasite suit if you have i and just rush in grab the honey bee rocket launcher and then face the mist unit. you can shoot them directly in that mission cause they have much less hp and you don't have miller to worry about to or protect. and no need to waste so much GMP on sleeping rockets or grenades and you can just spam that mission and finish it in like 5 minutes max
@@killerbean4328 you just go in gun blasting and there is only like 8 enemies max. if you play it you know it will take hell of a less time and GMP instead of running all the way in mission 1 with your horse and again RUNNING PAST MORE GUARDS and then taking him past the bridge and wait for the parasites then wasting a hell ton of GMP on sleeping rockets. just try both missions for yourself and see the results.
Im guessing you don't need the special wormhole fulton because I did the mission metallic archea & managed to fulton them all out & when I did I was wearing the skull outfit so im assuming all you need is the suit
You need to meet the requirements to fabricate the Parasite suit to be able to extract Skulls. You also need Fulton Cargo II. You don't need the suit itself for that, just get to the point where you unlock and meet the requirements for it, Cargo II is necessary from that point onwards to extract them
you have a few seconds to run and you will then get the little white circle that tells you someone might be watching, that's when you do the dive jump and wait, in the vid he got lucky
God, Ocelot needs to shut up already. I don't miss farming this shit at all, I mean it's way more fun at the airport, for sure, but having to listen to the same dialogue over and over again and not having the option to skip them... yeah.

I have a question, after developing the parasite abilities and stuff do you need to kill more parasites to keep repleneshing your supply or is it like other equipment that just replenishes every time you go to the ACC?
To be honest, once I got the parasite suit, it wasn't that interesting, especially just to refill it. When I unlocked the stealth camo, whether low or high rank, it worked out better with simple ingredients that resupply on supply drops. Stealth camo all the way was always better in the older MGS games.
Once you've gotten the parasites for the suit the first time is that it? Or is it everytime you use a capsule and run out you then have to replay the appropriate mission to get more parasites?

That mission would take longer because you have to run past all the guards

In both missions you can kill them without fighting if you put mines in the right places. However I found the sleep grenade method very convenient
Both missions require you to trek far to your objective but the bees is a longer journey

I have the suit and not the wormhole and I can not extract yet. Just finally got it and waiting for the 2 hour wait 😑

Correct. You need to farm more. They have a single use per charge
