How to Tie a Hairy Mary Fly

This is an instructional video on how I tie a Hairy Mary Fly for Atlantic Salmon. While this pattern shares a lot of similarities with the Blue Char, has become an essential pattern for my fly box. The red squirrel wing is just different enough sometimes to tempt a fussy fish. I hope you enjoy!!

Reputed to be an Inverness (Scotland) fly tied by Johnny Redpath supposedly from the hair from the barmaids nether regions a flame haired beauty.But substituted with European Red Squirrel hair or European Red Fox.Stay safe Steve.
