Hey my friend. I saw this video years ago and copied your technique to make my own. I was so impressed I came up with a crawfish version and it came out perfect. It was so long ago I would have to take it apart to remember how i did it. I just stumbled across them both in my tiny motoryacht and came back to this video to say thanks. I wish there was a way to share a picture of my crawfish with you its pretty good.
I like how many of them comment like all mighty of not using bio-nondegrable materials for this diy and yet they themselves are drinking from the same very straw that they see from this video. Marvellous individual.

i dont think you know how fishing works, people lose lures and/or fish eat them. The reason for the concern is because traditional soft plastics use PVC which is a non-biodegradable plastic. This means that the PVC stays in the environment and can even start to build up concentration levels over time.
Looks like it will break easily and some unfortunate fish will eat it and be unable to digest it and die from it. Don't need more plastic in the ocean thats why I fish with edible lures and a hook. The shrimp looks nice but why throw more plastic

Most people throw them away this guy figures a way to repurpose them and a bunch of losers complain about it. Just admire the skill which you probably lack it takes to make something like this. Plus I'm sure he disposes of them properly after he's done crushing it on the water.
