But what good is using good oils on popcorn unless the popcorn itself is noy GMO and not chemical free from herbicides, pesticides, rodenticides and fungicides? None of that is listed on the label. The FDA rules even allows organic food to contain those cides, it's not listed on the label when they di, ans people are paying more money for it.

Turmeric contains only 3% curcumin, so I purchase 95% curcumin capsules. I consume most of the ingredients covered in your presentation and I eat garlic and ginger RAW, daily.
In addition, I drink one full glass of DISTILLED, OXYGENATED water with one tablespoon of apple cider vinegar (with the mother) and the juice of one whole lemon, on an empty stomach, every morning.
We distill and oxygenate our own water (sadly, Google publishes disinformation on distilled water but those who are really keen, will discover the truth about tap, and non distilled, bottled drinking water)
