Hello Lucia!! Yes, this was recorded when pandemic was still a bit intense, so there was not so many people around... Wow it must be shocking to walk these streets and see them so quiet right now. Hopefully by spring and summer the tourists and crowds will be back! That little park / jardin at 8:00 looks very peaceful with the birds chirping and view of the sea. Wow at 18:23 my zen moment was crushed by that motorcycle, lol, i bet he woke up everybody in the neighborhood homes there too if they were sleeping. At 30:20 these homes do not have privacy on their balconies. Somthing to consider when living there. At 37:58 scooter rental and the Museu do Fado. Most homes in this area need renovating and fresh paint, but i guess that's the appeal where these buildings get their character from. Nice shot at 58:55.

Ah ah never thought of the balconies' privacy issues, but you're right! As for the lack of renovation, you're also right. Nonetheless, I still remember Alfama as a very very derelict place; houses crumbling a bit and no fresh paint at all. It has improved a lot in recent years, but there's still some work to be done, that's for sure. Thanks for your continued support, Lion. I truly appreciate it, man. See you soon :)

there is really a big difference between crowded and empty place. you are lucky to saw and visit that beautiful place since no tourist, it is more easy and accessible to explore freely. nice sharing 👍 greetings and watching from Spain

What a lovely walk! I can almost feel the warmth of the sun, that shines so beautifully and bright! I love the diverse architect styles and the (side) streets. Some colored and some just in their natural state. Thank you for giving me a tour of this not so touristic place. Greetings from Holland

Se procurares pelos primeiros vídeos aqui no canal, verás o resultado... entretanto, desde há bastante tempo que uso um DJI Pocket 2, que produz resultados muito interessantes, para o preço que custa. Quanto ao microphone, uso uns Sennheiser AMBEO Smart headset (en-us.sennheiser.com/in-ear-headphones-3d-audio-ambeo-smart-headset) Nas descrições dos vídeos aparece sempre o equipamento que uso. Fico contente que tenhas gostado deste vídeo. Algo mais que necessites, aqui estou :) Um abraço!

Que passeio fantástico! Pena eu não ter podido acompanhar ao vivo. Fiquei com uma dúvida: por que a Alfama tem tantos becos? Eu acho que me perderia por lá! Mas é inacreditável como os espaços são bem aproveitados. Eu pensei que essas motos barulhentas existissem só por aqui... Tem um motoqueiro desses que sobe uma avenida aqui perto de casa, de vez em quando, a 3 quarteirões de distância, e parece que ele está passando na minha rua! E você não perde uma chance de mostrar os eléctricos! Como você gosta deles, não é? Obrigada, Pedro! Ótima semana!

E é assim labiríntica porque não foi muito afectada pelo terremoto de Lisboa de 1755; muitas das suas ruas permanecem tal como eram antigamente, desde os tempos dos mouros na Península Ibérica. E quanto às motos barulhentas... confesso que não gosto nada delas ah ah irritam-me muito, porque penso "porque é que há-de ser uma pessoa a importunar tanta gente com esse ruído?"... As you could see during the walk, there's only a few people around, which is indeed very rare for this area. I lived for many years close to Alfama and Mouraria, so I know the area quite well. I now live in the Lumiar area :)
