Is it the same for dot drug testing ? I would think a dot drug test would be more sensitive
50 ng/ml is the official cut off level. If the company wants the confirmatory test then it is 15 ng/ml . Otherwise it also can be 15 ng/ml if the company says it before the test.

I've been using home test for over 3 years as a hemp smoke and I can make this simple for you. 2 solid rosey lines mean you are good to go with not much to worry about for an extended amount of time or indefinably if you test at least 5 times spread apart in 12-24 hours with below minimum fluid intake. Minimum below fluid intake? Dehydrated urine is your worse enemy when it comes to drug test. When you are dehydrated, you body is drawing from every recourse in your body to keep you conscience. One recourse is your fat cells where everything you consume is stored and bleeds into your blood stream, then through the liver and in to your bladder around the clock nonstop. If you test negative with very dark yellow urine which don't necessarily mean your pee is dirty, you are clean. Now a faded line is simple as this... It is a pass, but it is a warning. It tells you that there is THC metabolites present but not enough to trigger a total fail. With that said, referring to earlier in my comment, as time passes throughout the day, if you test yourself on top of the hour a few times, that line may stay consistent OR it may turn more and faint meaning that you still have a great deal of THC stored up which will eventually become a no liner, a fail. A faint line is good for up to 3 hours if your are gearing yourself up for a pre-employment drug test, but you must stay above hydrated with a B vitamin like B12 to keep your urine yellow and urinate as much as possible before you take your test and with just water, nothing else. Drinking a liquid with substance such as any type of tea could do exactly what you wanted but at the wrong time...Flush, but you could potentially flush THC in to your sample.

@exploroproducts I will definitely update. So far the faint line is getting darker and it's been almost two weeks since my last post. For reference I've been weed free for 27 days after smoking almost 3 1 g. joints a day, I'm also pretty active.

I wait 3 weeks then take the at home drug test bough on Amazon. The come in packs of 25? Regardless, I pee first thing in the am. It reads two lines bottom is always faint.
I always pass the lab test at work. Been doing this for years. Drink lots and lots of water day before and several hours before the test. I pee staring clear water into that cup. It’s a “random” drug test. I’m always drinking water. Nothing they can do about it. Dilution is the solution and the at home test just give you a good judgement at where you’re at.

Hi, MEPS usualy checks for the 5 mainly abused drugs same as in pre-employment drug test: Cocaine (150 ng/ml), Marijuana (50 ng/ml), Amphetamines (500 ng/ml) and Barbiturates (200 ng/ml), Opiates (2000 ng/ml ( 300 ng/ml Heroin)) and PCP (25 ng/ml).
Recruiter says get below 15ng or lower because if you pop on 50ng 15 is the baseline

If you use any prescribed medication, that possibly could interfere with the test results, then have all the prescription papers and consult with your healthcare provider about this and upcoming test. But other than that, you should be good to go.

You’re saying it’s possible that he has drugs in his system but it could’ve been almost out of his system. So technically a hyper faint line, like can hardly see would be more likely an indication that it’s going out of his system?

Hi, so here is the thing, a faint line indicates a negative drug test result. The faint line does not automatically mean that drugs are detected. It could also just be an issue with hydration. So if the faint line appears and there still is questions that person could have been using drugs, the confirmatory lab test should be performed to get more clear results if the drugs was actually used.

What is the difference between the initial cutoff level and the confirmatory cutoff level? Like for example with marijuana it’s at 50 mg/ml but then it says the confirmatory level is 15 mg/ml? The best way for monitor your progress is to keep testing every day with the first morning urine as it is the most concentrated and will show the most accurate results. This way you can see the changes in the test line (it should be getting darker).

Hi, as we can not guaranty for other brand tests. If the test had 50ng/ml cut of level and you didi it with the first morning urine, you should be ok. What we would recommend is do the test again for a few next days and if it stays negavite for all of them, you will be good. Remember it is important that you the test will have 50ng/ml cut of level and you do it with the first morning urine.

If you are saying that you pased the test with 300ng/ml cut-off level with faint line, and asking when it is possible that you would pass the test with 150 ng/ml cut-off level, it is actually hard to answer as it depends on a lot of different factors like - when was the last time person had THC, how often person has been using it, for how long, how the body metabolise THC and so. So it could take from 2 weeks to up to to 1-2 moths.

@@darriussimsmost have a cut off of 50. Mine does for my Dr and so does the 10 pack of easy at home - thc tests. I read on the lab Corp website they go as low as 5 which is bonkers. That probably means no going to parties where it's in the air.

I recently failed a 14 panel drug screen and it was positive for Fentanyl. I don’t take any drugs so I am very confused about this, now we are just waiting for the actual lab results. My question is why would it be positive for Fentanyl and what could have caused it if I don’t take neither drink alcohol at all.
It's understandably confusing to get a positive result for fentanyl if you haven't taken any drugs. Because most THC tests allow up to 50ng/ml of THC to be in your system. So if you have for example 49ng/ml of THC, it will make a faint line and not a solid line.

@@johnsondoeboy2772Throw it away. The instructions say that strips that are expired or have been stored incorrectly can give inaccurate results.
You can always try to perform the test, but as the test passes the expiration date the result can be inaccurate. So we wouldn't suggest trusting expired tests and retest with the new one to confirm the results if tested with expired one.

But to be honest if you pass fail theres not much you can do to make sure you pass the real one, except drink a ton of water and go for a run lol.
