Just giving my testimony. Im 5'8 250 pounds and I smoke an ounce a month for the past 6 years. Just flower(2-3g joints) no edibles. I recently stopped due to surgery and was clean for 37 days. Because i was out for over 30 days my job required I take another physical and drug test(lab urine) to return to work. I took both home test and lab test on the same day. The home test was very VERY faint. So faint that you can only see it up close. But like the test says, a ghost line is still passing. 4 days later my lab test came back negative so I was able to return to work. So if you're concerned about lab test results, as long as it shows negative on the home test, there's a 99% chance of passing the lab test. No i didn't detox or drink a gallon of water a day nor drink cranberry juice. Hopefully this will lower some people's anxiety. Good luck everybody
Hey guys! So I was clean for a over 90 days and smoked some weed last week Thursday. On Monday I was told that I’d have a random drug test this Thursday (today). I took an at home drug test this morning ($35 5 panel from cvs) and the line was SOO faint like the last test in the video. I went in for my drug test and passed. I was shown the test and the line on that test was much more apparent and I passed. I can confirm that an extremely faint line on my at home test showed a negative result. Hope this helps. 😊

Been getting super faint negative results for marijuana but this made me happy, definitely don't have to squint or look at it in a bright later, I plan not to go back to smoking and keep taking tests till I get that dark line, even knowing I'm negative 🎉

A lot of these companies do this to trick people into buying more. I always get the far right and had to buy 4 more because I thought I had failed . This gave me great relief thank you sir for the explanation.

I smoked (Girl Scout Cookies) the Sunday before a drug test (the following Saturday) for a new job (I was able to stall and gain a couple of extra days). I was concerned that I wouldn't pass, so I bought a couple of the dollar store at-home drug test kits. I did a test the night before and the result was a very faint, barely perceptible negative line. My girlfriend, who does HIV testing in NYC assured me that any visible result would result in a "negative" result on the Quest Labs test, and she was right. Subsequent to the Quest test, I tested a sample of the next urinary release and confirmed, again with the negative indicator so light you could barely see it. The Quest Lab results came back the following Tuesday and they were "negative". These at-home tesst are accurate provided you follow the directions. I drank a lot of green tea in the days leading up to the test to try and wash out as much as possible, but the effect of that is difficult to measure making this comment anecdotal.
Mine is going to Quest diagnostics also, it looks similar to the far right. Waiting for the results - should know in three- five days. Thank you for this comment !

Yoo story time listening to all my people with bad anxiety listen to my story hopefully it helps , recently I had to take a drug test for USCG , I was only 11 days clean , keep in mind I’m 5’11 140 lbs pretty quick metabolism, but I was taking at home dollar tree drug test. My line kept showing up faint , like you need a magnifying glass faint but it was still there ! I thought that meant I have THC in me just not a lot , but to fast forward got the results back from quest diagnostics and it came back NEGATIVE! Those waiting days are the most stressful but my advice would be drink 2 gallons of water everyday, organic cranberry juice ( Very Tart) and more water , give your self about a 3 week break from smoking and just clean out your system, faint line or very faint line I can vouch and say it worked for me when I got it , Good luck to all !

Im off everything exvept methadone for 10 years. Every week my opoids line is feint. Im on weekly takehomes and those lines freak me out. Got my shit together after 17 years of heavy drimug use and im still anxious as hell but this vid calmed me down. Good luck man
Listen guys, a faint line is a PASS! Lab tests are subjected to a screening. If you can pass an at home test, then you can pass a lab. As long as you have a bottom line, you are NEGATIVE!!!

johnny thunders , Glade to help. Now, of your line is faint, I suggest waiting a few more days. Because depending on what time of day your test is, if the line is faint in the morning (first piss) then you're golden. If you cant see a line with the first piss of the day, then my ultimate suggestion would be to wait about 7 days, due to the half life of THC that can be found in your urine. That's a more descriptive example.
Sounds good. My test happens to be one week from today in the afternoon. It will be 26 days of no smoking by then. I should be good. I smoked everyday for about a week (couple puffs before bed). And had abstained for about a month prior to that.
johnny thunders , I can offer no words of advice because I am mostly a paranoid fuck when it comes to anything... 25 days would have me paranoid...personally... However, if you drink water, and wake up nice and early to flush out, you SHOULD be good. I suggest burning 16 bucks on a pharmacy grade test at walmart. The sticks are completely unreliable in some cases. Just bite the bullet, use the 2nd days urine (not the first) and hit me up with the results. I passed my test being 45 days clean. But I was failing with those pharmacy grade tests until 38 days. Those dip stick tests from the dollar store showed negative in a cup of MT dew...and showed positive in a cup of water...
I used a few dip sticks against a pharmacy grade... dip sticks were telling me I was positive...vs... negative with a pharmaceutical grade at 43 days...
Whew!!!!! I am a US commercial driver's license trainee and I stopped my medical MJ a few weeks ago in order to be certified by the US DOT. I was mad as hell seeing only a very faint "Test" line and a red as a traffic light "Control" line weeks after stopping all use, drinking lots of water and cranberry juice and using detox pills. Now, thanks to this 6-year old video, my faint lines are nothing to be worried about as long as the lines are both present on your strip. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Cannot use MJ while holding a CDL, as long as you have a reading above 50ng/dL which is the cutoff testing threshold for the federal government. Use these test strips to control, regulate and time your cannabis usage so that you can drop down to the 50 threshold quickly after say--a weekend of non-work--partying, relaxing, or out of town vacationing. That way, you are always ready for random drug testing by stupid employers violating your human dignity and rights to privacy. Never drive under the influence! Always use responsibly!

I have a DOT test coming up very soon. I was on delta 8 for a period of 6 months on and off……. I have been sober from those since thanksgiving of 2022, it is now February 10th 2023 and my test strips are the 4th one over (Ghost line). I have been stressed to the max. For the last few weeks I have had multiple supplements, ACV, Activated charcoal, copious amounts of water, even been fasting for 2 weeks. Iv lost 15 lbs in that time frame and still on that uneasy faint line deal! Hopefully all goes well🙌🏻
After 6 weeks of smoke free I finally have a taint line showing. It's really weird that it took so long being that I'm 6'1 and 180lbs and consumed a minimum of 1 gal water everyday. None of the Carbos detoxify worked for me but I do have friends that has passed with it. Long story short I think I'm done with smoking this cause a headache.

THC is my choice of drug. I just dropped for a 10 panel standard non-dot. I was using dollar store THC drug tests just like these strips. I was getting a faint negative line. I'll update is if I passed or failed.

guys i smoked almost everyday and i was looking for jobs and found one but it drug tested but the pay was great so i worked out and drank a gallon of water everyday for two weeks and i took at home drug tests but the line kept coming out super faint. (i also took azo pills and drank apple cider for one entire day) and i took the lab test and passed. a faint line indeed means negative

but in clarification if its test #4 that means your still hovering around the 50 m/g cutoff detection mark and it as other experts have pointed out can teeter between neg/pos

I had various faint lines = to the 3rd from the left - sometimes a lil darker and sometimes a little lighter, stopped in to labcorp today to give sample. Will let you guys know Monday. *to answer some of the questions about what the test is sampling, I have recently learned that the test is not testing for traces of the drug itself, but the metabolites when the body processes the drug. These strips are measuring for a certain threshold of those metabolites, for example cocaine (coc) is for less then 300ng/l of benzoylecgonine (BE). the closer you are to that 300ng/l the more faint the line becomes. I took a at home test for THC and it’s been about 2-3 weeks sense I’ve smoked. I had two lines but the bottom one is barely noticeable. I’m worried that I’ll fail a pre employment test I’ll have possible next week

What does he mean by the faint lines still being ' NEGATIVE RESULT'?? Cos the terminology used here in australia when you are caught with drugs in system is a positive result...as in positive for drugs in system. Is he saying that the 'negative result' is a drug test fail? Or that the driver is all clear when negative result??
dan o it’s possible, especially if you’re testing for nicotine or thc because you can inhale second hand smoke and that can make your drug tests less of a clear negative

@@kewonevans no i failed. I got in an argument with the MRO tho. As professional as can be i asked him why he sent my test to confirmation when there was a line. He said if its not distinct its not a line. I said well i havent smoked in two months. He said it can be in urine for up to 60 days. So yeah. I was indeed higher then the legal 50ngl, the guy thought i should go to second test which is 15ngl+, which apparently I was and failed. Fucker. Oh well. Now i have a 30$ an hour job fuck that test from 6 months ago.

what if my cutoff level is 15ng/ml for marijuana and it is extremely faint. can’t even tell if took the test. I heard the lower the ng/ml the faint line rule doesn’t really apply. 2x fainter than that line

Mine looked like the one on the far right, hopefully it's accurate and I'm negative. I have a job interview in the morning tomorrow, the drug test isn't tomorrow. But I will be getting drug tested, so probably within a couple of days after the first or 2nd interview I will be doing a drug test in a lab.

The control line on mine is a little less visible than the 4th one on the right, in the video. It takes a second of staring at the strip to actually see the control line - but it is definitely there. Anyone have any idea if I’ll pass?
The different cutoff levels for each drug is the key difference in the lines appearance with THC usually being 50ng vs something like amphetamines being 1000ng… as stated in the vid a line is a line so🎉
@@thegrinchmob5108 I’m no expert but basically depending on what you are testing for(what job or court and what drugs) there are cutoff levels which is basically how much you are allowed to have in your system without it being considered a failed test. But just as a warning I believe for federal employees any level is a fail…again I’m no expert so get your google on and do your homework 🫡

Listen guys, a faint line is a PASS! Lab tests are subjected to a screening. If you can pass an at home test, then you can pass a lab.
As long as you have a bottom line, you are NEGATIVE!!!

Now, of your line is faint, I suggest waiting a few more days. Because depending on what time of day your test is, if the line is faint in the morning (first piss) then you're golden.
If you cant see a line with the first piss of the day, then my ultimate suggestion would be to wait about 7 days, due to the half life of THC that can be found in your urine.
That's a more descriptive example.
Sounds good. My test happens to be one week from today in the afternoon. It will be 26 days of no smoking by then. I should be good. I smoked everyday for about a week (couple puffs before bed). And had abstained for about a month prior to that.

However, if you drink water, and wake up nice and early to flush out, you SHOULD be good.
I suggest burning 16 bucks on a pharmacy grade test at walmart. The sticks are completely unreliable in some cases.
Just bite the bullet, use the 2nd days urine (not the first) and hit me up with the results.
I passed my test being 45 days clean. But I was failing with those pharmacy grade tests until 38 days.
Those dip stick tests from the dollar store showed negative in a cup of MT dew...and showed positive in a cup of water...
I used a few dip sticks against a pharmacy grade... dip sticks were telling me I was positive...vs... negative with a pharmaceutical grade at 43 days...
Whew!!!!! I am a US commercial driver's license trainee and I stopped my medical MJ a few weeks ago in order to be certified by the US DOT. I was mad as hell seeing only a very faint "Test" line and a red as a traffic light "Control" line weeks after stopping all use, drinking lots of water and cranberry juice and using detox pills. Now, thanks to this 6-year old video, my faint lines are nothing to be worried about as long as the lines are both present on your strip. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Cannot use MJ while holding a CDL, as long as you have a reading above 50ng/dL which is the cutoff testing threshold for the federal government. Use these test strips to control, regulate and time your cannabis usage so that you can drop down to the 50 threshold quickly after say--a weekend of non-work--partying, relaxing, or out of town vacationing. More water and more working out and I *should* be good to go in a week or so. I have a DOT test coming up very soon. I was on delta 8 for a period of 6 months on and off……. I have been sober from those since thanksgiving of 2022, it is now February 10th 2023 and my test strips are the 4th one over (Ghost line). I have been stressed to the max. For the last few weeks I have had multiple supplements, ACV, Activated charcoal, copious amounts of water, even been fasting for 2 weeks. Iv lost 15 lbs in that time frame and still on that uneasy faint line deal! Hopefully all goes well🙌🏻

After 6 weeks of smoke free I finally have a taint line showing. It's really weird that it took so long being that I'm 6'1 and 180lbs and consumed a minimum of 1 gal water everyday. None of the Carbos detoxify worked for me but I do have friends that has passed with it. Long story short I think I'm done with smoking this cause a headache.

THC is my choice of drug. I just dropped for a 10 panel standard non-dot. I was using dollar store THC drug tests just like these strips. I was getting a faint negative line. I'll update is if I passed or failed.

(i also took azo pills and drank apple cider for one entire day) and i took the lab test and passed. a faint line indeed means negative

If your numbers show up “low” @ the lab then your fine
but in clarification if its test #4 that means your still hovering around the 50 m/g cutoff detection mark and it as other experts have pointed out can teeter between neg/pos

I had various faint lines = to the 3rd from the left - sometimes a lil darker and sometimes a little lighter, stopped in to labcorp today to give sample. Will let you guys know Monday.
*to answer some of the questions about what the test is sampling, I have recently learned that the test is not testing for traces of the drug itself, but the metabolites when the body processes the drug. These strips are measuring for a certain threshold of those metabolites, for example cocaine (coc) is for less then 300ng/l of benzoylecgonine (BE). the closer you are to that 300ng/l the more faint the line becomes. Hope this helps.

What does he mean by the faint lines still being ' NEGATIVE RESULT'?? Cos the terminology used here in australia when you are caught with drugs in system is a positive result...as in positive for drugs in system. Is he saying that the 'negative result' is a drug test fail? Or that the driver is all clear when negative result??

He said if its not distinct its not a line. I said well i havent smoked in two months. He said it can be in urine for up to 60 days. So yeah. I was indeed higher then the legal 50ngl, the guy thought i should go to second test which is 15ngl+, which apparently I was and failed. Fucker. Oh well. Now i have a 30$ an hour job fuck that test from 6 months ago.

what if my cutoff level is 15ng/ml for marijuana and it is extremely faint. can’t even tell if took the test. I heard the lower the ng/ml the faint line rule doesn’t really apply. 2x fainter than that line

The different cutoff levels for each drug is the key difference in the lines appearance with THC usually being 50ng vs something like amphetamines being 1000ng… as stated in the vid a line is a line so🎉

@@thegrinchmob5108 I’m no expert but basically depending on what you are testing for(what job or court and what drugs) there are cutoff levels which is basically how much you are allowed to have in your system without it being considered a failed test. But just as a warning I believe for federal employees any level is a fail…again I’m no expert so get your google on and do your homework 🫡
