You're correct that Taeyeon is incredibly skilled at communicating emotions. It's actually her biggest strength as a singer imo. That and her versality in music genres. She doesn't shy away any genre and actually does well in all of them in her own way.
p.s. The 11:11 part wasn't a mistranslation, it was an inside joke for the fans. When she was promoting that song on a show, one of the show's producer didn't know what it meant and thought it was 11 vs 11 😂
She's god tier at conveying that emotion, almost like a method actor embodying their character to give a more authentic performance. I just hope she never has any issues where the emotion she channels is too hard to let go of and ends up being genuinely hurt.

The fact is she Had endured too much. Couple of her friends were died in past years, but after that she still going and released "What do i call you" and the mini album. And before she released "Happy", her father was died in illness. But she still going. Thats why she is a greatest singer.
It's always sad to see people go through touch times, especially people in the public spotlight that are generally loved. I'm glad she was able to pull through and also deliver great music too!
and...after HAPPY (supposed to released in March but delayed to April...) was released,her grandma died

Wanted to say this as soon as I heard your comments on 'Happy': I completely agree that Taeyeon is able to channel the emotions in her songs. I think she's one of the best artists I've seen at getting you to feel the emotions she's feeling in her music and lyrics.
It's part of what makes her a phenomenal performer as well, it's not just her amazing voice.
It's absolutely incredible how she can literally embody the feelings of the song and convey that to you. Sure her vocals are amazing, but where she truly shines is her artistry and her ability to convey the emotion! Thanks for watching and commenting!
Taeyeon is a perfectionist when it comes to singing so I have a feeling if she was serious about watching her KV then it would be to analyze herself. If you check out her behind the scenes for her album recordings she is very particular about small details and even goes back after recording is finished because she thinks of another way to sing a certain part.
Given how great she is, this doesn't surprise me at all. You don't get that good without a ton of practice and self-reflection!

I appreciate the recommendations :) I'll have to check those out off camera because love stages have a big tendency to get blocked on TH-cam unless they're directly on the artist's channel. Not sure if you meant I should react or just watch on my own but just wanted to make sure I clear it up so you weren't left wondering.

@@JeffReacts12 I've seen some reacting channels who reacted to them as they are a fancam not from channels. But you can watched it in your time or give it a try anytime as they really show how amazing of a singer she is.

@@beeshoelf9229 haha yea I went and looked and I see only a couple videos up so you can tell most people get blocked. I was only able to find like 4 reactions to the live "I love you" and I know for sure more people would've reacted :( oh well... I plan to handle live stages on patreon whenever I finally get that started.
Would you like to request any MV or content from her that may be on her page? I allow one per person to keep it fair for everyone, nothing over 30min and requesters have to be patient since I'm about 4mos behind on requests lol. Awesome! I've actually already reacted to Fine (feel free to check it out) so I think I'll go with Spark since I remember liking the bit she did here. She was actually joking when she said 11 to 11 ratio, it was the correct translation..it happened because before the song released people wondered how to read the title and 11 to 11 ratio came out as one of the way people read it so she's using it to joke around from time to time, she's funny like that
