Plenty people in EU and Asia does same thing daily. Except their train runs at 350km/h and they have integrated subway. We got bigger problem than other countries, we just don’t want to talk about it.

Guess it makes too much sense to add the jobs near where people can afford to live.

If you do that, those “affordable” areas become expensive. Lol
High paying jobs = high cost of living.

@@sfrealestatedealmaker6001 Eventually. Then add jobs to new less-expensive areas. Repeat as necessary.

Rex Jay That’s the goal a of every develop country but it is not as easy as it sounds. Every city must attract those companies and investors to their own city and that is not the government’s job.

Not that many jobs to cover the entire country. There will always be high income areas and shit holes with CHEAP housing cuz no one wants to live in shit holes. 😂

@@Thefunkeemonkee Guess as long as employees are willing to spend three or more hours commuting, companies have little incentive to move the jobs. But at some point, as traffic worsens even more, it will become difficult to find people willing to spend even more of their time and money commuting.

it will take them 10 years because of the regulations.
      go ask Caltrain.
they have to buy refurbished trains from SoCal because it will let them deploy them faster after 5 years. again because of the regulations.

It nice if able get a job close to home so not waste time on a bus or train if so many stops. i mean i know it let u relax in ways, but then u gotta try block out traffic who try cause hassles any. some are decent on bus but others can be a pain for any reason. been on kinda a train with a scenic route but if it not then u just try be busy on cell or book i guess.
