    Great review. If i can suggest. Please include the charge life of the remote and how much charge it drains the camera. How long does a full charged remote last.

    Many thanks for taking the time to create this video for us. Excellent review and details. However, there is just a $34 difference in price between the GoPro and TELESIN. For peace of mind, the GoPro is what I would choose. but I can try out the TELESIN since Amazon has a 30-day free return. Only my 2 cents🙂🙂

    All third party remotes may well work with current models of GoPro, but there is no guarantee that it will work with future GoPro models. GoPro can easily make changes to software. They do support their own remotes long term. I recently bought the new remote because my old remote got lost. I had bought it for the Hero 4 and was still going strong. Third party might be cheap, but they can be risky. It is the same with batteries. I have tried plenty of third party batteries. I have had plenty of third party batteries. I have had several batteries fail. Every one that failed was a third party battery while I have never had an OEM battery fail. It is logical, because in order to drive prices down the third party has to cut corners somewhere, and that is usually in the unseen internal parts.

    Is it possible to start video shooting with the gopro turned off using the remote control?

    • @adventureswithbill9825
      @adventureswithbill9825  ปีที่แล้ว

      Yes. You can connect the gopro to the remote, and turn it on and off with the remote, and it will start recording when you turn it on. There is a setting on the gopro called quickstart to do that.

    Good job overall for your first video but I would highly recommend keeping things SHORT and TO THE POINT. Think about this... 20 minutes is equivalent to 40 TV commercials at 30 seconds each. Can you watch 40 TV commercials in a row about the SAME thing? I watched half of this and realized it was just going to drag on longer than I preferred. Maybe I'll watch the rest some other day. Also, keep the Like and Subscribe stuff until the very end. If your videos are good enough people will L&S automatically. Too many TH-camrs constantly say the same thing over and over. We viewers know what to do. We get it. I myself look for content that shows me what I want to know in the shortest possible time. Just don't have the time and not interested in anything repetitive or unnecessary. Use video for what it is intended - don't TELL us what to do, SHOW us what to do. I think you will find your videos will turn out 100 times better if you use as few words as possible. Show us MORE than you talk! Hope this helps.

    Your link takes you to a $40 remote now. If you search around you can find the Telesin T10 for $29.99. Good review, convinced me. The only big difference I can see is the Telesin only connects to 1 GoPro, while the GoPro brand connects to up to 5 cameras at once. Not a deal breaker for me, though.

    I do not recommend the Telesin T10. In the last 3 days this marvel has completely hung up twice. It does not respond to any buttons, it cannot be turned off. It displays a paused timer on the screen when it hangs up, and the only way to get out of this state is to wait until the battery dies.
