They have already launched XUV400 which is quite of a facelift only. Xuv3x0 was much awaited facelift. It is the most stable car in its segment and driving dynamics. Also, they can't offer a torque converter gearbox in lower trims because it can add to the cost of the vehicle which leads to lower number in sales.
What are you talking about? EVs adoption is far from what you claim to be. It will take another 5-10 years for the EV infrastructure to develop enough to be viable.
