-17 that’s more than a little on the chilly side! The snow looks very pretty, completely changes the setting. Looks like a winter wonderland. I’m not a fan, I’m more than happy to watch others have a good time! Love the drone footage, shows just how big your home territory is! ❤
It’s definitely not everyone’s cup of tea but we are northerners through and through. The north is a very special place where wilderness, animals and humans live together in harmony through all of the seasons. I used to think I wanted to leave. But nowadays I think we are here to stay.
We sure have tried Sourdough. Started in March 2020 so almost 4 years. Since retiring been making it every week. I make Sourdough pizza, bagels, waffles, artisan and sandwich bread. It took a lot of patience in the first year but now I’m pretty good at it. It’s so much better than regular bread. It’s great for croutons and dressing as well when it gets a bit more than 4 days old. We make 2 loaves at a time and freeze one so generally not an issue. Makes me so happy when I see people making it.

😊 My husband just asked me why I like making sourdough bread and buns, was it the challenge of how they come out. That would be a yes. It was great to see your passion. Great video and super great music.🌸
Thank you so much for the kind words! I love to make sourdough. It’s amazing what a wonderful product you can get from simple whole ingredients. I’m very new at it, do you bake your buns on a sheet? Or covered for the first while like the loaves?
Im glad you enjoyed your trip to our neck of the woods and stopped in at the spring! Maybe this summer ill show you another spring and take you out to the dinosaur tracks if youre up to it.
Wow, it was so cool to see that lodge. It looked so familiar. When I looked it up, I discovered I was actually there one time! I was in Fort St John for work a couple years ago and took a drive over there for fun. Went to the Bennet Dam visitor center and drove around and ended up at the resort. That is such a cool place!! You guys are so lucky to be up there, awesome!
Oh wild!! Small world isn’t it. Were you able to tour the whole Bennet Dam? Because they don’t offer that anymore, so if you saw it, that’s pretty lucky!
I’ve been to bc a few times over the years it’s beautiful up there really enjoyed my trip to Squamish, even though was raging forest fires just north of it.
Wonderful!! Thank you so much for checking out our little channel! Jay and Jen have been huge supporters of our channel. So kind of them to mention us. Thanks again! Happy to have you!
Hey there! Hope you’re all doing wonderfully over there! I’ll have to stop by for a visit one of these days. Thanks for always supporting our little channel. We appreciate you.
The Tundra tower of single cylinder power. Hey Helmets are warmer and safer also. Nice looking bread warm with butter and peanut butter. Who gets the crust? We have the same coffee creamer. The water is rising in the dam pretty good already. BCNEWFIE has a better new fur hat. Hey we cruised up that way a few years ago. Thanks for the adventure you 2
You’re right about the helmets! We haven’t even moved them from the old house yet, but should definitely grab them next time we are there! Sourdough is the best, and neither of us eat the crust haha Wayne Gretzky coffee creamer is where it’s at! Especially on a Sunday Funday! Jason’s new hat is spectacular isn’t it! It looks like flames 🔥 on the front! Hudson Hope has so much to offer in the way out outdoors activities and sites to see! I’ve always loved that little town.

We are new to sourdough. But it’s sure fun and rewarding! I’ve made bread, rye bread, cinnamon buns and lots of pizza dough so far.

Thanks for tuning in guys!! Hope to see some new stuff on your channel soon.
Take care ❤️
A little jealous of the plow im plowing with a quad lol
The quads have a purpose too! We have about 6-7 km of road to take care of, so we needed something serious lol.

@@OffGridWithChrisandKristie Yes, they took us underground and showed us the inside, very neat!
@@airman6822 that’s rad! We did that years ago too. It’s a shame that they quit doing it. Apparently it became a huge security risk.

Squamish is a beautiful area! Unfortunate BC has been nothing but raging forest fires for the last few years. We desperately need more snow.
It’s bigger than it looked from the air. I flew over there a few years ago on the way back from Fort Graham.
It’s HUGE! 11,000 square feet. What a beautiful structure in a beautiful location! Hope you’re doing great and your tan isn’t fading to fast.
Wow that was beautiful…Thank you
Thank you for checking it out! Such a gorgeous property.
What a fun video, there’s always so much going on with you two. Nice lodge too
