The initiating officer told the young man that he could stand on that public sidewalk everywhere else except for directly in front of Jimmy John's and that is bc there are several other businesses located there and he has the right to visit those other businesses. It is clear as day in the bodycam video that he wasn't in front of Jimmy John's but the officer walked out of the restaurant & had obviously decided that he was just going to arrest him anyway.

I doubt owners of most restaurants or take-out establishments would have their home address or phone #s available to most employees. Maybe a Manager but not regular employees. So often staff can be short-term employees and then there's those that are unstable like the guy in the video.

I doubt owners of most restaurants or take-out establishments would have their home address or phone #s available to most employees. Maybe a Manager but not regular employees. So often staff can be short-term employees and then there's those that are unstable like the guy in the video.
